if suddenly you feel the urge to cry come upon you seemingly from nowhere, please, recognize that it is not from nowhere. it is from a somewhere where you forgot to mourn properly. a place only your body can remember. let these tears come. let your body mourn. let your body feel her loss. even if you cannot understand her (who can?) it is important to let your body have this. when the crying is over feed your body something special and be gentle with her. bless

It's been one heck of a week.

It's one of those days again.

When you got too much time on your hands that your mins wanders and not in a good place. My head is filled with negative thoughts. Looking in the mirror all I could do was pinpoint all the things I hated about my body from head to toe.

From the uneven eyebrows to the bags under my eyes, to the big nose and big lips with the crooked teeth inside. From the quadruple chin to the boobless chest, from the flabs on my stomach to the huge belly. From the dark skin pigments to the bruised and bitten legs. All on a short af body.

These days left me a while back, idk why you're visiting again.

Night thoughts;

Some days I wonder to myself if I'm just living in a dream. What if one day I wake up and life is not the way I've been living. What would I do. Who actually cares about me? Who's real? Whos fake? What happens next?
