My Favorite Model

I submitted my good looking dude here to Rangefinder's "The Portrait" competition in the Newborn/Children category.  How could he possibly not win?

Even in the unlikely event that he doesn't win first place, it is just fun to photograph my family. This is something I am trying to do way more than I actually do. I think its really important to document this time in our lives and it's something people take for granted, especially people that carry a camera around for a living.

Styled Interiors for Matthew Rachman Gallery

I'm happy to share some images I made for Matthew Rachman gallery in Chicago.

I've been working with them for a while and this time we photographed everything at Matthew's residence, a departure from shooting in the gallery space. It helps to shoot in an residential interior because you get to see how the eclectic pieces play off of each other in a real way.

Matthew and his people are so good at finding and curating an incredible selection of art and furniture. It really makes my job a whole lot easier. I want to live in here!
