So fun story about this drawing... For the past week I have been reconsidering the way I want to present myself and questioning the rules of a cv or presentation letter as I currently understand them. This 9+ hour drawing was a semi result of many other fighting against myself for the most absurd and stupid insecurities and fears... funny how something so meaningless can have so much meaning and so many subtleties. In conclusion I decided that I actually like this “not my best of work”. This week I decided I needed to start drawing again and after one or two days I realised how many things I was struggling with and how much knowledge I lacked when it came to drawing people, faces and expressions. Thanks to that I ended up deciding to hop on to YouTube and learn from people who actually had I clue what they were doing and these are basically my homework from the tutorials.
