ఎసిడిటి అంటే ఏమిటి :
ప్రతి మానవ శరీరం లో దాదాపు 2 లీటర్ల వరకు యాసిడ్ అనేది ఉత్పత్తి అవుతుంది ఆ యాసిడ్ ఉండటం వలన మనం తినే ఆహారం తొందరగా జీర్ణం అవుతుంది, అయితే ఉండవలసిన పరిమితి కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉండటం వలన దాని లక్షణాలు అనేవి శరీరం మీద కనబడతాయి దానినే మనం ఎసిడిటి అంటాము ఇది సాధారణంగా 80 శాతం మందికి ఎసిడిటి వస్తుంది.

ఎసిడిటి ఎందుకు వస్తుంది :
మనం తినే ఆహారం వలన, చెడు అలవాట్ల వలన, పొగ తాగడం, మద్యం సేవించడం వలన ఎసిడిటి వస్తుంది ఈ అలవాట్లను మనుకోకుండా గ్యాస్ స్టేబుల్ తగ్గాలంటే తగ్గదు దానికి ఎన్ని మందులు వాడిన ఉపయోగం ఉండదు గ్యాస్ స్ట్రబుల్ తగ్గదు. ముందు ఈ చెడు అలవాట్లను మానుకొని తరువాత సరైన సమయంలో ఆహారం తీసుకోవాలి, సమయానికి ఆహారం తినకపోయినా గ్యాస్ స్ట్రబుల్ వస్తుంది కాఫి, టీ తాగేవారు ఉదయం, సాయంత్రం తాగాలి ఆలా కాకుండా రోజుకి కొంత మంది 5 లేక 6 సార్లు తాగే వారికీ గ్యాస్ స్టేబుల్ వస్తుంది గ్యాస్ స్టేబుల్ అనేది పేగుపూత, పేగు రాపిడి వలన కూడా వస్తుంది జీర్ణశయంలో పుండు వలన కూడా గ్యాస్ స్ట్రబుల్ వస్తుంది ఇది ఎలా బయట పడుతుంది అంటే చెడు తిత్తిలో రాళ్ళూ ఉన్నాయో లెవా అని తెలుసుకోవాలంటే పొట్టకి అల్ట్రాస్కన్ అనే స్కన్ చేసినపుడు బయటపడుతుంది పేగులో పుండు, రాపిడి ఉందా అని తెలుసుకోవాలంటే గ్యాస్ట్రో స్కోప్ అనే బల్బుని అమర్చిన సన్నని పరికరాన్ని నోటి ద్వారా ప్రవేశ పెట్టటం ద్వారా తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.

కొంతకాలం మసాలాలు,బిర్యానీ అలాగే బయట తినేవన్నీ మానేయాలి.
కారం, పులుపు మానేయాలి.
తిన్న వెంటనే నిద్రించకుండా 1 గంట తరువాత నిద్రపోవాలి.
జీలకర్ర నీళ్లు బాగా మరగ పెట్టుకొని వాటిని వడకట్టి అవి చల్లబడిన తరువాత ఆ నీళ్లు తాగాలి ఆలా తాగటం వలన గ్యాస్ సమస్యలను తగ్గించుకోవచ్చు.
రోజు ఉదయం యోగ, వాకింగ్ చేయడం వలన గ్యాస్ స్టేబుల్ ని నివారించుకోవచ్చు .
