i’m going on a run tmrw to see how fast i can run a mile for preseason sports. i don’t want to have breakfast cause my sister is making me get food after but i also don’t want to pass out our not reach my full potential because i under fueled. not sure what i should do :(

breakfast:
- nothing
lunch:
- turkey and cheese sandwich ~ 375 cals :(
dinner:
- homemade mac and cheese ~ purged so maybe like 150 cals
snack:
- marshmallow ~ 25 cals
- johnny pop popsicle ~ 25 cals
total: 575
not a very good day but i’ll do better tmrw

- roasted broccoli w oil ~ 60 cals
- bloom energy drink ~ 10 cals

- a piece of steak ~ 20 cals
- 1/2 corn on the cob ~ 45 cals
- a few tostitos ~ 100 cals
snack
- yasso cookie dough bar ~ 100 cals
burned after workout + walk: 210 cals
subtotal: approximately 215 cals (maybe more idk)
