I think it was a oneshot? It had really cool prose. I remember it featured a scene of Izayoi's mother trying to teach her daughter sex ed via a shunga scroll, which Izayoi revisits later in life and kinda scoffs at the inaccuracies. I don't remember much dialog, kind of a passive narration? This ring a bell for anyone? 🥲

I found an account on Facebook that's uploading animated movies in chunks via lots and lots of reels. "Part 2" "Part 3" etc. Etc.

Guys, it's a revival of The Old Ways.

Started watching Only Murders In The Building and the start of s2 is messing me up so badly.

Plan a trip down the peninsula to look at and likely buy a car. Family shoe-horns in a detour and car is sold before I could get it.

Op im a professional animator, and while I have moments of hating my job I still love animation. You gotta decide if art is something you love in a way that you prefer to keep it away from the pressures of a career, or if it's the thing that can get you through those same pressures. Both are valid.

do you really hate animation? i also love art and was considering studying it/going into the field (im computer science right now) but ive always been scared that it’ll make me hate doing art if its my job :(

Qhsjdhdjd no this is just me don't worry. I do sort of dislike animation but I already did from the start going in. The only reason I animate is because blorbos go brrr haha

It's 80° in the house and there's no AC, so I have 2 fans on in my bedroom, one of which is pointed at my face.

The lights are off, but I'm on my phone.

A small moth has somehow gotten in.

It has flown towards the brightest light source in the room; my phone screen.

But I have a fan directing a stream of air at my face.

Guess what happened to the moth.
