These Orange Cranberry Sweet Rolls are a tasty treat that would be great for brunch or breakfast. You will love the way the sweet cranberries, tangy orange zest, and citrusy glaze taste together.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup non-dairy milk. 1/4 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted. 1 tablespoon orange zest. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons orange juice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Fill the bowl with dry ingredients. Then, add the orange juice, melted vegan butter, and orange zest. Mix until you get a dough. On a floured surface, work the dough by hand for five minutes. Make a rectangle shape with the dough that is about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the dried cranberries out over the dough in a thin layer. Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tight. Place the rolled-out dough slices in a baking dish that has been greased. Wait 20 to 25 minutes and bake until the top is golden brown. Add powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until smooth. Do this while the rolls are baking. Pour the glaze over the rolls while they are still warm after they are done. Serve and have fun!
