An EA patch is dropping this Tuesday, and you know the drill:

there’s a pretty solid chance of chaos in Mod Land (especially those UI mods that love to explode on impact).

The Laundry List been published on May 20. There’s also a chance we’ll get a new roadmap reveal at the same time… So, big patch? Tiny technical update?

Absolutely no clue.

• Turn off auto-updates in the EA app.

• Go offline Tuesday  if you want to play safely with your mods.

• DON’T put your mods back in until they’re officially marked “compatible” or “updated.” Seriously.

My Medically Assisted Reproduction mod brings a realistic fertility journey to The Sims 4. Fertility exams, hormonal treatments, IUI, IVF, pregnancy tests, emotional buffs—it’s all there.

Inspired by my personal-life experience, this mod adds real gameplay depth to the desire for a child: hope, setbacks, resilience, and maybe even double pink lines.

Fully compatible with major mods like MCCC (without WooHoo module) Realistic Childbirth (Pandasama), and RPO (without module 02-fertility)… with adjusted miscarrage risks and pregnancy emergencies to better integrate with RPO and RCB.

✨It also features 2 add-on, one focused on the emotion a child can bring on this journey and an another one inspired by the French healthcare system, that can help your Sims pay for their protocol.
