Drift apart

When did it start? When we started to drift apart?

Now I lay here, sad and crying. All alone thinking, what did I do wrong?

Why don't I have some one? Am I that worthless? Am I that invisible?

You all have some one and I'm all alone.

I guess that's how it should be. Even if you are my family.

I should call, but you're all so quick to hang up and get back to your lives. That don't include me.

I should be used to this. I am used to it. It just hurts.

When I've realized how far I drifted apart from all of you.

Maybe I should drive to see you. Why haven't you driven to see me? It's only less than a half hour drive.

I'll never make it there. The distance between us now is too wide.

Even when I am there, I feel miles away from all of you.

Even if you are my family, we have drifted apart.

But I'll always be there for you. Until I'm no longer here.

And I wonder, once I'm gone, will you cry? Or did we drift too far apart?

Broken

Is anyone there? Can anyone hear me as I'm screaming? Do you see me? Am I here, do I belong?

My walls are up. Can you break them down? No, you can't. Others have tried and failed. I've made them stronger.

You can't hurt me anymore. Nobody can. I'm alone. Why am I so alone?

It's cold and it hurts. I'll pull through. Maybe. Maybe I'll just die.

Look what you have done. I'm broken because of you. I can't let anyone in. Not again.

They'll hurt me. They'll leave me behind like the rest. I pushed them away.

It's all my fault. I'm not strong enough to hold on. My walls are thick. They don't care enough to break through.

If they did, they'd see how broken I really am. But they don't. I'm alone. All alone. I wish I were dead. I want you dead.

I want to kill you. See the life leaving your eyes. As I watch gleefully. Don't worry, I'd follow soon after. I fucking hate you.

I love you. So much it kills me. I shouldn't love you. You hurt me. I was a child. I trusted you. And you took my innocence away from me.

I can never get that back. Instead I'll sit here. Building up more walls. Just to keep you and every one else out.

And you know what? It worked. I'm all alone. My walls are firmly in place. No one can break me now. There is nothing left to break.

Sacrifice

"Why are you doing this, father?!"

"Because you are a bastard child! To keep the demon from putting a curse on us, you will be the sacrifice."

The boy looked down at his father with eyes of anger, "I didn't asked to be born. You're the fool of a king who decided to bed a wrench of a woman from a whore house!"

The man's head snapped up to glare at the child he just tied to a pole, "Regardless of the circumstances of your birth, you are still my first born and as such, will be the sacrifice for this here demon."

As he said that, a loud roar could be heard from above in the night sky. The people that had gathered to watch, shuttered and became uneasy, but stayed their ground.

The king stood straight and backed away, "At least now I'll be rid of you like that wrench you so sourly speak of."

Before the child could say a word back, a massive red dragon swooped from the sky and snatched the pole clean out the ground. Flying off into the distance with its newly acquired live sacrifice.

Makki

I feel as if I'm the only one who doesn't like makki. Don't get me wrong, it's a cute ship and there is great fan work for it. But I just can't get into the pairing on the show itself. I just see them as really good friends which you don't see very often in shows any more. Because the guy and girl have to get together, same old formula over and over again.

Honestly, I really hope RoosterTeeth doesn't go that route. But even if they do, I'll still watch it because I do love the show. I'll just end up reading a lot more fanfictions for pairings that I do like. Still looking forward to the rest of season 3.

Why the hell do you ship wincest? By actively suporting it in the show you support it irl. You are harming naive and easily manipulative children into thinking something like that is ok. That makes it easier for incest to keep happening because they are desensitized and even view as a good or hot thing. As a survivor I need to ask you to stop. Its not cute, its disgusting.

When I say fan fiction, I mean fiction, as in - and I’m quoting the dictionary here - “literature in the form of prose, especially short stories and novels, that describes imaginary events and people,” and “invention or fabrication as opposed to fact.”

AO3 also has about 2-3k fics on bestiality, around 1k on necrophilia, and about 5k where the main attraction is people pissing on each other. Staggering 13k featuring rape, and solid 500+ fics where one or both people are extremely underage.

Now, stay with me, because this gets good. There are approximately 129 million books in the world. And they feature: bestiality, necrophilia, incest, torture, murder, rape, child abuse, drug use, suicide, child sexual abuse, animal abuse, bullying, eating disorders, bondage, Satanism, cult worship, human sacrifice, cannibalism, gangrape, ethnic cleansing, and so on and so forth. 

Can you guess why that is? No? Because it’s fiction. Because it’s not real. 

Now, if you want to restrict all those things, starting with incest and ending with idk, mass slaughter, you’re welcome to try. But may I suggest you start with the oldest printed book in the world, which features all of those things and more, and work your way up to AO3.
