I can see Crosshair as being someone who denies his own feelings, and his own happiness. It'll take him months to come to terms with the fact that he likes you, and even when he finally admits it, he will rarely make a move. Being in love, means being hurt. Relationships always go south, don't they? Or, at least, they do in Crosshair's eyes.
