Hot topic: the Greek philosophers were just some emo kids who couldn’t find enough black make up
Hotter topic: the Romans are like those kids who repeat the unpopular kid’s jokes and no one laughs
Hottest topic: the Egyptians are just the weird kids who hide in corners drawing furry art

The music danced in his ears
The wind danced in his hair
And I, danced in his arms

They waited
they waited all this time
their body tied to stones with vines of green
their skin and bones covered in layers of moss
their lungs, now deteriorated, filled with soft blooms of blue flowers
they waited.
For what, they did not yet know

Imagine a whumper who has studied/stalked the whumpee and knows all of their weaknesses and then uses them to their advantage. The whumpee has an allergy that puts them in horrible shape, guess what theyre surround with. The whumpee is horrified of the dark, guess who never sees the light again, better yet only sees it when they’re being hurt.

Imagine person A is humming themself a song, you are my sunshine for example, to calm themself down after being tortured by person B or something, and person B hears this and starts playing the song or better yet person A’s humming of the song while they torture them, thus removing person A’s only sense of comfort

Imagine a person who has managed to kill their captors only to realize that they are now stuck there, chained to the wall, unable to go anywhere, and knowing that they’re probably going to die there

They found him curled on the floor. Remnants of tears still stained his cheeks and his eyes were still the sad raw shade of red. They didn’t expect to find him like this, looking so helpless and sad. Their instincts kicked in and they realized that they had to go through with the plan. Then went over and gently picked him up off the floor. They didn’t bother with precautions for now, they didn’t imagine he would wake up anytime soon. Crying has a way of knocking you out. They took him back to their van. They laid him down on the back seat and made sure to handcuff him securely. They drove themselves and the boy back to their base.
Everything was blurry when he tried to open his eyes, as if a film was covering them. He sat in a haze for what seemed to be minutes, lulled almost back to sleep by the faint hum of a car and the smooth bumps as if he was being driven somewhere. His senses snapped back to him. He shot up only to be stopped half way by his wrists. They were being held by something. His breathing, having been calm and low, had changed to ragged pants of panic. He didn’t know where he was or how he had got there. There was a person in the front of the car, their head turned back towards him. Their face was only a blur as it turned back towards the front window.
Shit. He wasn’t supposed to wake up yet. They were still a few minutes from the base. They could hear his rapid breathing in the back seat. They pulled over to the side of the road and got out of the car. Grabbing a small bag from the toolbox in the bed of his truck they approached the side door. They opened the door bracing for the boy to jump out and make a run for it, but he made no such moves. He only moved himself to the farthest corner, eyes speeding around like a cornered animal. They quickly prepared a mask attached to the canister from inside the bag. They entered the seat next to the boy making sure to not do anything that would cause him to try and jump away. They closed the door behind them, making sure to keep their eyes trained on the boy. They slowly moved themself closer, the boy not seeming to notice, still too focused with keeping his head on a swivel. They moved quickly, grabbing the boy and holding their limbs down with one arm and attaching the mask with the other. The boy struggled, trying to get out of their grip. They sat like that for only a minute or two, waiting for the gas to take effect, the one holding him whispering soft words of no importance. The boy slipped slowly away, his movements coming with less and less power behind them. The pungent, sweet smell slowly pulled him away from the dark car and strong hold. He was gone
