In terms of appearance , Tomie is a pretty girl with pale white skin , typically long black hair , who can be identified by a dot below her left eye , her eyes are gray in the anime while in live action they are brown . She usually looks ( or regenerates ) the age of a teenager , however , in at least one instance , a duplicate generated by her regeneration became a young adult in her 20s , she has a slim body like a model and she is between 5'4 and 5'7 tall .

When Tomie was an ordinary human girl , she was kind , but a bit vain and manipulative at times , oblivious to her own beauty . Because of this , she really only had one friend and other girls often picked on her . However , when she gained her regenerative abilities , she stripped herself of all kindness and became almost a living embodiment of lust , jealousy , greed , envy , and wrath. She is the ultimate self-destructive entity , but survives anything due to her regenerative ability . She is mercurial and sociopathic by nature , exploiting people for her own amusement and entertainment before discarding them or being killed by them , and easily adapted to environments , knowing how to act and speak . Upon regenerating from her various deaths , she will typically seek revenge against the perpetrator , except under extraordinary circumstances . She acts as if she were a noblewoman , with no one's life worth anything more than serving her .

She sees men as interchangeable and stupid accessories and , as a habit , tends to despise women , unless they get in her way or can be used to her advantage . She is apparently not used to rejection , and those few cases of individuals who refuse her ( usually because the person has some kind of psychological trauma that prevents her seduction from taking hold ) usually lead her to an initial shock , then a short-lived obsession with the person , before finally returning her to anger at not being able to transform the person .

Her usual strategy is to manipulate others into doing her dirty work for her , but she doesn't shy away from taking care of business herself , especially if the victim is vulnerable or unable to retaliate . She is also considered a consummate liar , a fact she uses to her advantage . Although her clones share the same opinion and are capable of short-term alliances for mutual gain or in pursuit of revenge , they usually turn on each other at the first opportunity to avoid having to “ share ” .

Junji Ito Universe — Tomie is an immortal and dark beauty who drives everyone around her crazy and obsessed with her. She is manipulative and somewhat sinister, often causing fear and despair just by her presence. Calm but frightening, she attracts her victims with a smile and leaves a trail of confusion wherever she goes, and then murdered by men who desire her. Regenerating again and once again falling into this vicious cycle.

IT Universe (2017) — Tomie transfers to Derry High School, a mysterious girl whom everyone desires and envies. She is cruel in a subtle way, with a strange ability to regenerate and confuse minds. Missing children? Not her problem. She subtly manipulates both the Losers and the bullies, taking advantage of fear and envy, making the darkness of the city even more confusing.

Hogwarts Universe — She would definitely be a Slytherin—smart, charismatic, and super ambitious. She excels at dark magic and spells, often manipulating and seducing her classmates with her cold, seductive charm. She is full of mysteries, keeping secrets and using others as pawns to climb the social ladder at Hogwarts.

Percy Jackson Universe — Tomie is a demigod, daughter of Hades or even Aphrodite, due to her beauty. She uses her charm and illusions to get what she wants, often playing both sides in conflicts. Her immortality suggests that she may have received a curse or a blessing from the gods, which makes her attractive and unpredictable at the same time.

Stranger Things Universe — Tomie, regenerated once again near the laboratory, arrives with a somewhat strange and mysterious vibe. She seems to know more about the Upside Down than she reveals, perhaps because of her dark powers. Silent but unsettling, she uses friendships and fears to stand firm in the face of the strange things happening in Hawkins.
