I think my biggest manifestation tip to make a more favorable life for yourself is to just stop putting narratives to things. AND STOP TRYING TO CHANGE THINGS
For example, I used to have this phenomenon where my skin would breakout right before any big social event.
I would see the blemishes pop up and immediately get frustrated— spiraling into “this always happens” and scouring the internet for quick fixes. I wouldn’t stop thinking about it and how upset I was that it was happening. I would check the mirror over and over again. Of course, this would only prolong the “problem”.
I saw a few new very red and deep blemishes last night after weeks of clear skin and I have a trip in a few days. I noticed myself getting upset and starting to lean into the narrative of “this always happens”. I literally just pivoted and let it go. Whatever. It will pass. No use in getting upset about it.
I DID NOT then go into an obsessive affirmation rampage of “I have clear skin”, trying to change what I was seeing. I basically just shrugged, did my skincare as usual, and went to bed.
I woke up today with the blemishes completely gone.
Another example: It was the night before an oral test for a university Spanish class and I had not studied at all. I am normally a very diligent student who cares a lot about academic validation, so I was freaking the fuck out. Then right before bed, something in my brain just clicked and I thought “There’s nothing I can do right now and worrying isn’t going to solve anything. I know I’m going to be okay either way, oh well” and I went to sleep. When I woke up, I had an email from the professor saying that she was sick so all students scheduled to take the test that day would be moved to next week.
You literally just have to not give a fuck and trust that you’ll be okay. Things will unfold perfectly. I’m sure if you’re in this space you already know that reacting to it will get you nowhere, but you also don’t have to change it. It will change for you. Don’t make it harder for yourself. Just trust.
“Be still and know that I AM God”!!!

a little realization i had.
when people have something they don’t need to convince themselves that they have it, so why are we grinding? there’s a difference between affirming bc it feels good and affirming bc you believe that if you were to stop, your reality would never change.
why are we forcing methods so much in a self proclaimed anti grind culture? certain teachings (neville, sammy ingram) encourage methods, which is a big part of why it’s so ingrained within this culture. but it gets unnecessary when you have people robotically affirming and setting alarms when manifestation is supposed to be natural.
if it’s natural then why are we affirming like clockwork? if you stop affirming, what do you think is gonna happen? that your desire will magically disappear? that it will never come into fruition?
this post is aimed at the ppl (including myself) who reinforce methods like clockwork. there’s a difference between taking active steps towards ur desires to bridge the gap and forcing yourself to do certain methods to bridge it because you believe it’s “impossible” or “odd” to not do anything and still get what you want.
something i’ve noticed is that manifestation tends to be marketed as something you need to conquer. it’s natural, but it’s heavily promoted as a secret way of living. so it turns into capitalism. and we end up with hundreds of thousands of coaches, some who think they’re god, most trying to make a profit, and manifestation becoming a trend. we will probably never get to a point where it just… is.
the true form of manifestation to me, is nothing but a ras filter (a bundle of nerves that filters sensory input) if someone wants to see someone and ends up seeing them “coincidentally,” it wasn’t because they affirmed x amount of times. they wanted something and they got it. that’s how it should be thought of.
i have many examples for this, but there are so many celebrities who are rich and have been famous for decades yet grew up in horrible circumstances. they didn’t get to where they are by doing sats (but if you do methods, that’s fine. as long as it resonates) every single night at 9pm. they simply desired, yes, they probably did put in effort. but effort is nothing without mindset. i have put in a shit ton of effort, but it just doesn’t work when you’re forcing it (i mean it could. just depends on the person. idk, i am not a coach, i’m just sharing what i realized)
it all comes down to desire. that you want what you want, don’t need to clarify, don’t need to prove yourself worthy, and you… get it. but what it also is, is trust. trusting that you can stay right where you are and still receive. nothing needs to change but awareness, and that changed the very moment you became aware of where you want to be and where you are. we’re tapping into magnetism here. we’re aware and aligning. so you’re doing enough, but affirmations are just accessories.
