Something that doesn't happen enough in fics is Whitebeard doing the dad thing where he calls one of his kids by all of their siblings' names before finally getting the right one.

Whitebeard, pointing at Ace: Marc-- Izo-- Haru-- YOU! Jozu and Jiro get mixed up all the time. So do Blamenco and Blenheim. They're at least almost understandable, but this man has so many goddamn kids, you know he sometimes will just completely forget who's name is who's.

ASL brothers in the neighborhood Au.

I have this drawing of the brothers in the neighborhood Au ( Ace is basically the same)

Luffy (7), ace and sabo(10) live with garp , a police officer that is working all day so they do whatever they want really.

In this Au, Luffy is still dragons son, ace is still Roger’s son, a very well known criminal, he gave ace to garp as canon (rouge died here too), and one day dragon came back with another kid and drop him, so he stayed there.

Luffy is friends with all the kids of the street. They play outside all day and cause nothing but chaos. Always supported by brook and jimbe. The other parents often invite the brothers to eat since garp is never home, especially whitebeard. He also gets along with law, because Sengoku is also never home so they stick together. Doflamingo is neve home and always comes home late, they suspect hi is on a gang. And Rosi is there taking care of law.

Ace gets along with the newgates, even if he is some years younger than them . They basically adopt him as their little brother by now.

Sabo also was honorary adopted by the newgates, but he passes lots of time with koala. She stays with her uncle Jimbe every afternoon after school. Ace and Luffy like to make fun of sabo and his”girlfriend”

Part one

Modern Au ( I think)

I have this Au for some years but never publish it or write about it.

One piece modern Au (It started as Whitebeard pirates Au but it grew)

Marco(17), Thatch(17) and Haruta (14) are brothers and Izou(17) is part of the Kozuki family and Thatch’s boyfriend because we love that ship here.

It’s your normal modern Au, Whitebeard adopts his 15 children, but them and rest of the characters live on the same neighborhood.

Whitebeard and his children lived in the big house at teh end of the road. While the rest of characters lived on the side of the same road.

The place is full of kids and teenagers. Ace Luffy and sabo lives with their grandfather, a police officer.

Sanji and his brothers lives with Sora and zeff, the owner of the restaurant on the other street. The brothers are all different ages here. Reiju, ichiji and niji been teenagers, while Sanji is 8 and yonji 6.

Zoro lives with his dad and big sister Perona. In teh super sacry house. All the kids are afraid of Mihawk and evade that house. When a ball falls on his yard it never comes back. Usopp lives with his mom in a little house there.

Nami and nojiko lives with their mother bellmere. Law, rosi, Doflamingo and Sengoku live on the street too. Rosi and doflamingo been(19) this time.

Franky lives with his brother iceberg and father tom there too. Tom works as mechanic and both of them help him a lot. Franky has a crush on the girl that lives on the house in front of his, Robin. The girl lives with her mother and uncle. They both are 12.

On a house lives the retired artist, soul king and Jimbe a karate instructor. Nobody is sure about their relationship, but they act like an old married couple. They always welcome the kids and let accompany them on their mischief.

Shanks and buggy are two broke teenagers that rent an apartment on the street. Roger is dead here so…..

On the other side of the street is another big house, that’s is oden’s house. He and his wife Toki are Whitebeard long time friends. Oden had the same idea as his friend and adopted a bunch of kids. Until he and his wife finally had two babies.

There is another house, but that one is only during vacations. It’s vivi’s house. She is from another city and lives there some months of the year.

This Au started because I wanted to have an Au where the four I draw had a band in the early 2000, and that type of stuff, but it mutated into this.
