Summary:

It's important to note that this white man is, in fact, no man at all, but a woman.

"What the fuck?" The woman scrambles to stand and backs away quickly into the wall behind herself. "What, what, what—!" She reverts to English and shrieks words that Mizu doesn't care to parse. He swiftly makes his way towards the woman, backing her into a corner of the room as he lets the glasses resting on his face slide further down his nose. The woman manages to squeak out a desperate "Please!" before she finds her scarf tight as a noose around her neck.

Mizu has one hand around the woman's throat and uses the other to draw his sword. He guts her in one clean motion, and she spurts blood and apologies, begging to be saved from death. Her blue scarf stains a deep violet as Mizu runs his blade through her throat.

(A little spark of identity makes way as the burden of revenge significantly lightens after the death of the first white man.)

Hey all

For this one I at first wanted to mess around with perspective, and originally was attempting to make Starscream do a silly “big step” sort of walk(you can see the remnants of that in his leg positioning), but figured the pose I ended up using was best. I drew him legs first lol, took “from the ground up” a bit seriously there. I had to make it as dramatic as possible to match his aura(channeling “overly proud about something mundane but fun” with this one). I imagine I’d have tweaked out and died if I made any attempts to get too serious about making sure this turned out perfect, so I leaned into all the little things that would make this as fun as possible!!

I used to be way more into art circa covidtimes, but I’ve really shied away from sharing with the online space as time has passed—arguably I’ve gotten better but somehow am more frightened to share, so I really am happy to have gotten the courage to post this lol. I’m obviously not submitting a pro piece over here(I’ve seen other participants works so far and you’re all so cool), but I admire zorange a lot and wanted to participate to express that by participating!

my first exposure to body horror was the tmnt(2012) episode where the pizza mikey was gonna eat was alive. I remember nothing except the part where the pizza gaslit him into thinking he was insane cause it was normal when the others came to look at it

Sorry for posting this one the late end, wanted to put my best into it and it spiraled into something a lot longer than I thought it’d be. I had a lot of fun conceptualizing and writing this, especially working through the tech-y stuff you’ll find spliced throughout the fic, thought I’d take a chance to do this type of thing with that when you mentioned fourth wall stuff. I originally had an extension, soI decided to brush up and make sure the fic and this post itself is extra nice! (Happy little surprise that I finished within the original posting period!) So I made a little picture spread, dropped a song I felt went well with this work, and did a bunch of little things as much as I could to elevate the experience. Hope you like it!!
