since i made that comic for venice about how they ended up the way they are, i wanted to make one for zero and how he ended up in venice's dimension/future but the script is 3 pages long with dialogue and i have to draw this as the background in each panel

did you know barely any cutscenes in sonic forces show the back of infinite's head? well i needed to see that for something so i ended up downloading his model and i never realized how many textures were actually in the ruby

A small comic about Venice and how they got the Solar Orb, as well as the consequences.

Information on what's going on under cut

Since the original intent for Venice was as a beta design for Silver, I decided to keep the idea of an apocalyptic future, but instead of being a hellscape, their future is what if the war in Forces kept going and Eggman won, except he basically destroyed the world and himself (when explaining this to my friends they made me realize that in my au Eggman got no bitches).

But people do still exist in this world, including my version of Venice, and things are relatively okay, until somewhere in a timeless void Solaris is defeated and sealed away into its core because I imagine you can't kill a god even with the power of the Chaos Emeralds. And because time is finicky like that, Solaris, having been cast from its own domain and "snuffed out" in one dimension, appears in Venice's dimension, nameless and weak. That's when Venice finds its core, or Solar Orb as it is now called, and once they come into contact with it, it breaks their mind and fuses with them, creating a burst of energy that deletes everyone else in the world and any memory of them. It also freezes the passage of time, as if the universe itself was attempting to seal it away.

So now Venice is left alone with no memories of who they are, anyone else, or that "anyone else" is even a thing. They have cool powers now though :) even if the more they use said powers the more their appearance changes (hence why they don't look burnt and don't have wings yet in that last page)
