as a (british) comic nerd, I love the Starlord comics but people assume I'm talking about the marvel character and it makes me wanna bring out a PowerPoint presentation on old comics

starlord was a weekly comic series that later merged with 2000AD after 22 issues

also the differences between European and American comics is so funny to me. one is like "these two bestfriends grew up together and started making comics, one does the writing and inking, and the other does lineart and they're very passionate and hardworking!!!" and the other is "NO I DONT CARE IF YOU WANNA SEE YOUR FAMILY, KEEP GOING."
