This is it. This is the moment the story cracks open. I’ve been carrying these words inside me for months, and now they’re finally on the page — jagged, heavy, inevitable.

Ash is here. And so it begins, this grand tale of ruin and indomitable hope.

and now he’s clutching his pearls. sweating. spiraling. because this man is 52. he teaches weird advanced necromancy nerd shit. he trims his nose hairs with tweezers. he has never had anyone look him in the eye and threaten to tongue his back door like a michelin-star dessert.

he’s in the bathroom, bent over the counter, analyzing his own shadow realm with a magnifying mirror and a prayer.

his mud clam must look snackable. the chocolate starfish must gleam. the dirt whistle must not have even a whisper of sin.

what if she sees it and goes “hmm. never mind.” what if his bussy presentation is off?? what if his fart box isn’t pretty enough and she leaves him for someone with a designer anus??

he buys a jade egg he doesn’t know how to use. he eats only pineapple and hopes it somehow helps. he takes a Xanax and considers texting her: “would you still respect me if my backdoor had… character?”

he lights a sandalwood candle. whispers “for love” before trying a bleach wipe that immediately makes him see stars.

meanwhile, Rook’s at home like: “i would tongue that dusty academic’s ass raw and thank him for the opportunity.”

To all my writers who have a tough time with smut terms and not knowing which ones to use, I have found the holy grail for us.

This reddit user took a poll of 3,500 people and went really in depth with asking their favorite terminology, along with actual pie charts on what the readers preferred to see in their smut.
