My Dream Girl Journey for August:

I want to get back to reflecting on my goals and dream girl/glow up journey every month (or every quarter). For now we will start for the month of August.

Daily Goals:

Meditate/EFT tapping for at least 10 minutes.

Read for at least 30 minutes (I’m in a little reading slump at the moment, but this should be doable in the meantime.)

Study for at least 1 hour (this is a must since I am in school.)

Study a language for at least 10 minutes.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes. (I just need to move my body. I don’t have to do heavy lifting and Pilates all 7 days of the week.)

Clean for at least 30 minutes.

Wake up no later than 10am.

Robotic affirming in the mirror.

Weekly Goals:

Journal to reflect on how my days and week are going.

Watch a TED Talk or a random course I have saved on Cousera.

Create a moodboard.

Set up weekly spread in bullet journal.

August journal spread inspired by AmandaRachLee's 2021 bujo set up!!

I really loved the overall vibe of this spread, using stickers extensively is so therapeutic I lived making this one so much. I was running short on time or I would have purchases moree stickers for suree☆

𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚,8𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕 || long time no see! This hiatus was probably the longest one I ever took from studyblr but now I'm back! and I don't have any plans of disappearing anytime soon. A lot happened in this meantime, took some big decisions for myself and I hope the picture will turn out in my favor, beside that I discovered a new app and new editing style(👀) lowkey obsessed with it and I think I will keep it, do you like it? And oh finally made a studygram linked below if you wanna to check out though it's still very much in building.
