To be fair, there is a huge difference between genuine criticism versus the antis who just find anything they can to bitch about and make it clear they don't want Vivziepop to succeed. As long as your tone in your critiques makes it clear you're being genuine and giving actual constructive criticism, and you make it clear your points come from a place of love for either show, or simply wanting to help Vivziepop grow as an artist, you should feel free to share your critiques and what you find wrong about Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss.

I mean Hell, like many people, I find it in poor taste that episode 6 of Hazbin Hotel made a joke about Sir Pentious getting assaulted, and also did the same with Moxxie in episode 3 of Helluva Boss, despite also addressing how traumatic and awful it is when it concerns Angel Dust..... But unlike the antis, we're not out here spreading lies about who Vivziepop is as a person, are we?

One thing Hellaverse "critics" don't seem to understand is how much more open us fans would be to genuinely criticizing these shows if their entire community didn't exist.

Like, of course I don't think these shows are perfect, of course there are writing decisions that bother me, of course I could write essays about things I'd love to see improved. But the literal last thing I wanna do is give these "critics" any fuel, so I'd much rather spend my time and energy countering their negativity with positivity.

Idea I just suddenly had; Assuming that after Sir Pentious' ascension to Heaven convinces the higher ups there that redemption is possible for Sinners, and that they do decide to finally partner with Charlie and also end the exterminations, there should be a list of which Sinners are absolutely not allowed into the Hazbin Hotel or into Heaven at that based off of how awful their crimes were, similar to a no fly list at the TSA. And as you can imagine, if such a list were to be made, that list would include people like Hitler, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy, pretty much anyone that committed crimes so horrific that there's no way redemption would actually be possible for them.

I've seen a lot of people in the fandom talk about the flaws in Charlie's plan to redeem Sinners in Hell, and I think a lot of their points are pretty valid and that maybe parts of her plan should be discussed more in the show as far as who should get redeemed and who shouldn't, so, I think if a "No Redemption" list were to be made like this at some point in the show, that would solve some things xD

Not to bitch more about HGS, but because I don't think I was clear enough on why I don't like how Redbud tricked her students into drinking poisoned tea for a lesson, I just want to further elaborate and also ask questions so that hopefully my views on it are more clear;

It's a magic world, so obviously it does make sense that if students at High Guardian Academy are there to learn magic, they'd have to learn to make antidotes, and in retrospect, maybe what Redbud did in that specific scene was a way of preparing students for if they suddenly were to get poisoned and they'd need an antidote as soon as possible..... However, looking at that scene and knowing that in the end, this lesson happened under Redbud's supervision, at a magic/education institute where the students are all children who the staff are in charge of...... Well, here's my thing really, and unless the creator, Raye Rodriguez, says otherwise, let's just assume at least some laws in HGS' universe are in any way similar to some laws that exist in our world;

When all these kids signed up to be students at High Guardian Academy, whatever classes they each signed up for, were their parents given a waiver to sign that basically warned of these kind of dangerous lessons happening, and those parents had to sign them to ensure they knew the risk and believed their children could handle it? If something in Redbud's class specifically went wrong, and if one of her students died from her poisoned tea because they couldn't make an antidote in time, is there a chance she'd likely get sued, face some kind of consequence because she allowed this to happen by tricking her students into drinking poisoned tea? Cause believe me, I'm pretty sure if I was a parent in this universe, and I found out that my child died at High Guardian Academy because their teacher served poisoned tea that they didn't warn was poisoned to begin with, for a lesson of all things? Yeah, I'd be coming for that teacher, believe me. And more than likely I'd probably sue High Guardian Academy too, if that's even possible in this show.

I don't know, maybe I'm overthinking this, or maybe it's the part of me that sometimes thinks I should have pursued law instead of literature.... But yeah, I just wanted to give a more detailed explanation on how I felt about Redbud and that one specific scene, looking at it from a legal perspective basically. If you're someone who's watched High Guardian Spice and you're reading this, do with this what you will, just remember I'm a random person who often spouts random opinions she has on different fandoms xD

Hellaverse antis stop being complete fucking wimps when it comes to portrayals of complicated gay relationships challenge.

Helluva Boss has NEVER even IMPLIED that cheating is cool and dandy as long as you’re gay. Yet again you idiots are conflating depiction with endorsement and then wonder why no one with basic media comprehension skills takes you seriously.

Also, and this is probably my hottest take yet, but even if the show did say cheating is okay if it’s gay I would not give two shits. Stolas, a gay man, cheating on his abusive wife is not a moral failing on his part. Martha was already an evil bitch so her cheating on her equally evil husband is so low on her list of crimes it shouldn’t even be counted as one. Queer characters are held to an absurdly high moral standard that straight characters aren’t, even when they are in relationships that leave them fundamentally unfulfilled in terms of romance. So yeah I don’t care if they “cheat” on their straight partners with someone they actually feel a romantic/sexual attraction to. We already have enough queer people irl trapped in heteronormative expectations, we don’t need that in our cartoons as well.

Recently started playing Last Of Us..... With all the fans Cosmo has out of all the characters in IF, I genuinely believe if they had made plushies of him and not just Blue, Blossom, Lewis and Uni, they would have been able to sell enough to where if John Krazinski and Paramount wanted to, maybe they'd have the money to make an IF sequel or TV show, possibly a whole franchise xD And you know.... I honestly was debating whether I should respond to this or not...... I also don't want to further argue about this, so I'm not going to be saying too much, but first and foremost, I just want to say that regarding the part in my original post where I was ranting about people who were bullying Harry Potter fans, specifically that VTuber who played Hogwarts Legacy on her stream, I was not specifically referring to you. I was referring to the general population and anyone who might have come across my post, telling them that whatever their feelings towards Harry Potter/JKR are, to not harass other people just because they do like Harry Potter and just because they enjoy that game. Regardless, I understand why my post might have seemed like that specific part was targeted at you, so I do want to apologize for the misunderstanding.

Honestly, when it came to my original post where I was talking about Redbud and how she shouldn't have poisoned her students for a lesson, I was just trying to make a funny post about how dumb I found that to be, while also saying that whatever people's feelings towards Harry Potter is, the Hogwarts staff would never go that far to harm their students, at least from what I remember. It was just a silly opinion I posted, and though I laughed it off later, that morning I felt irritated, and like I was being attacked over a simple opinion I had, especially when the creators of both Harry Potter and HGS had nothing to do with the point I was trying to make. I mean....... when you said me comparing both franchises said a lot about me as a person, what exactly did you mean by that? That's the part that really irked me the most at first. Cause I'm sorry, but I don't appreciate being judged for my character by someone who doesn't know me just because of one stupid opinion I had regarding 2 works of fiction.

Lastly, regarding my post where I posted more opinions I had on High Guardian Spice.... I see you're a big fan of the show so I'm not going to be a jerk and rain on your parade by saying it's bad, because jut because I don't like it doesn't mean it necessarily is bad. I'm just one person that doesn't like it, and honestly, with all the backlash the show did receive, it's good to see there are people who can see good in it, one of them being you. I'm just not a fan, and I just wanted to talk about some of the things I didn't like about it, and that's that. Regarding the sexism I was talking about, I'm sorry, but I did interpet Sage's rant to Snapdragon about boy friendships not being as deep as female friendships as pretty sexist. I'm not gonna further talk about Kate Leth cause I said all I had to say about her, and honestly, maybe she's changed as a person since making that tweet, I don't know. But..... regarding what you said about how I shouldn't "whine" about how an animated show could be better just because I don't have experience in animation...... I'm sorry, but that last part just rubs me the wrong way. I'm really only talking about the writing of the show, but regardless, why should my opinions on a show have any less value just because I don't have experience in the field? Honestly, at the end of the day, whatever I have to say about any work of art, that's all they are, is opinions.
