TW//ED - Safe food recipe.

Made this as a meal to get me through a big hike today.. thought I'd share the recipe.

Veggie Omelet!

3 Eggs (Whites only) = 51 calories

*feel free to add more or less*

Half a zucchini: 17 calories

Good and gather Sweet onion salsa: 10 calories (2 tbs)

Half a bell pepper: 20 calories

Silk almond milk: around 8 calories (1 tbs)

Sargento string cheese Light: 45 calories.

Seasonings: salt, garlic, onion powder, dill, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper.

Directions:

Mix egg whites with the almond milk & then puree into your pan. Once the bottom is white and the top is still clear, add the veggies.

Once the egg is no longer clear and is formed around your veggies add peeled pieces of string cheese, then fold it and wait 1 min till its melted.

Pour the salsa on top of the omelette.

I miss when I was this thin.. I took this 2017.

Not suprised I'm relapsing again lol everything is pretty godawful.

Moved to a new state about 2 years ago now & haven't made a single friend... I've been so in my head.

Anyone else with an ED interested in being online friends? Lol (18+ only tho)

Just to talk n such, a normal conversation with another person would be neat 😅

Big relapse, but I'm trying to keep calories up so that I can gradually lower them safely...

So that...

A: Can prevent a big binge or heavy cravings.

And..

B: When I stop eating, after about 2 days my heart acts up and i collapse.

Not sure why it happens, but since I am definitly heading back into my ED I'm gonna do my best not to immediately be hospitalized >3>
