Escape route closed, meaning she will have to stay until the disciples dismiss her. It is this friendliness in particular that puts her on edge, unsure what intentions to read between the lines here. Dotty always is so nice, but it could very well be that the next moment Briar shows up to interrogate her again.

"...okay."

She is unsure how to respond to the other's venting, none of this feels like her position to form an opinion on, or even know about. In her experience, the less you know about the cult you are on, the better. After standing there for a moment, looking like any moment she might just decide to go to the door again, she finally sat down on one of the chairs.

"I am fine, thank you. I don't mind your talking, I'm just not....that good at conversations."

"Aw, c'mon, you know me. It's just Dotty." Dotty reaches behind Anthea to shut the door.

The hut is smaller than you'd expect, only a couple of rooms. One for each disciple and a bathroom. And of course a small living area with a table and a few chairs.

Dotty absentmindedly started picking up a few items that were scattered on the floor as she spoke, looks like she forgot to clean up. "If you ask me, I'm the least "disciple" out of the three of us. Does that make sense? I didn't exactly do anything to earn the title― it was because of Briar."

"Oh, sit down wherever, make yourself comfortable." She briefly steps into a room, presumably to put away the items.

"I mean, clearly I'm not that important if Lamb's fine with not having me around for... A while." Once she returns, she sits down herself.

"... I feel like I'm talking a lot. Am I talking a lot? I'm sorry, how are YOU doing?"

I do not accept oneliners.  I find it very hard to work with replies that are very short, as it doesn’t give me much to work with.  The only exceptions for this rule are asks or people sending rp memes.

I might at times do some shorter "shitpost" or "crack rps" that can break character a little and will generally not effect my muses "canon". But outside of that I do not really have interest in RPs that break immersion. (Ex.: Something random happening that does not make sense in-universe)

It was like opening the door to an avalanche. Even more extroverted types might have trouble keeping up here, so there was absolutely no chance for Anthea to put in a single word. Maybe she shouldn't have come, this friendliness is suffocating.

But now she is invited inside, and she doesn't feel like she is in the position to refuse. ...what if this is some kind of trap? Did she get in trouble again. Like a deer in headlights, she stands there frozen for a moment, considering if she should just make a run for it.

Where where would she even go?

"...of course, thank you, disciple Dotty."

Stepping through the threshold of the door, the sound of her steps against the wood is surprisingly soft, even though she has hard hooves like the lamb, she does not have a loud and confident stride like theirs.

The door opens, just a little bit. Enough for Dotty to peek her head through the gap for a split second before fully opening it.

She a has a huge smile on her face.

"Anthea!! You actually came! I was so scared you wouldn't― I mean, it would've been totally fine if you didn't, but y'know, I was hoping you would."

She clears her throat. "So, I take it you got my gift? Did you like it? I thought it was very, well, you. But it's fine if you didn't! I can make you something else."

... Anthea isn't given much of a chance to respond before Dotty starts talking again.

"Ah! Waitwaitwait, hold that thought. You should tell me what you think inside, come on in!" She takes a step to the side, gesturing for Anthea to enter.

Hi!! Yeah sorry for being kinda dead the past months, life has been stressful so the blog became a bit much for me

I wanna pick up some older threads at least now but otherwise I'm mainly just looking for private rps rn

My Azrael muse is still pretty strong but mostly for heart-wrenching angsty narilamb (they are how I cope)

There's still those ideas for fanfics floating in my head that I hope to motivate myself to write soon, maybe if I do this will become more of an askblog specific to those fanfics/AUs but idk
