A whumpee who isn’t fully there when they’re rescued. They’re awake, but their eyes are glassy and unfocused. They flinch away from touches and can’t seem to move on their own, forcing the caretaker to pick them up and carry them. Even after they’re safe, they remain locked inside their head, too afraid to come back to the pain they believe is awaiting them.
