So today was a terrible day for me and in order to battle suicidal thoughts I’ve been doing artwork in several forms this weekend. I started with sfx stuff and ended up with these traditional art things.

They’re not great, I know that, but it’s very soothing to do and it’s keeping me alive right now and prevents me from doing stupid shit. So I appreciate it if nobody hates or criticizes this.

I’ve visited the suicide prevention website (the Dutch one, 113.nl ) and while I didn’t chat or Call them, I watched their movies and they helped too.

So I get to survive another day thanks to them and coping mechanisms I learned in therapy.

Anyway, I hope you guys don’t mind me sharing my thoughts or my therapeutic little experiments. I want to turn mjolnir into a cool little piece, so if you guys want to see progress pics let me know. Right now that’s just a sketch.
