Jeez, guys, COME ON

For the thousandth time. You have one chance to make a statement about how good you think the original movie is, how much you love the original movie, and how much you hate it when they think it needs to be validated by live action/changed.

And that one chance isn’t making posts. It’s not liking reels that critique the trailers. Its not even showing love and support for the first movie.

That one chance is not buying a ticket. Do not. Go see. Or stream. The live action movies anymore. They suck. They always suck, because the people pulling the strings don’t care about what the movie said they care about the politics and optics of the original movie, and they care about your money. Which is a combo that leads to gutting the movie you love and waving its corpse around to nostalgic music in front of your face, every single time.

Do not buy a ticket, do not click the “play” button on Disney+, so help me

and you know what else, just for good measure, don’t watch or make reels that have anything to do with this movie if the person who made the reel (even if that’s YOU) went and saw the movie.

Because then all you’re doing is paying Disney to create bad content so that you have a topic to make your own content about. When nobody needs a social media critic to tell them why this is bad, and pay Disney to do it. Just part of the machine.
