so you know how older TVs had a bit of static in front of the image and made a quiet high pitched humming/buzzing sound? that's my vision and tinnitus 24/7. that's just how i exist

#i have visual snow #it’s kinda mild tho? and i’ve had it as long as i can remember #so i don’t really notice it much #it’s always there so i mostly tune it out yknow #and my ears ring sometimes #but not constantly #so idk if that counts as tinnitus #but every now and then my hearing fades out and this ringing/buzzing noise fades in #gradually getting louder as everything else fades away #and then it just. stops and goes back to normal #it only lasts a few seconds #but it’s. kinda weird #polls

#yes but not well #& not easily #i had to get on the floor and double check lmao #but i DO actually have a condition that impacts my ability to do them #my wrists r fucky and putting pressure on them with my hands flat against smth like that is the number one way to make them act up #my left wrist hurts now just from doing 10 pushups :P #shoutout to testosterone tho lmao it’s wild how much of a difference just being on T makes #i mean i have been trying to get into better shape but even before that #gained muscle doing literally nothing but taking HRT #and now i notice that when i DO exercise i can see a visual difference pretty quickly #which is pretty sick ngl #polls
