He was later adopted and numbered by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, his number being in the rank of which was found with 5 other children before him. His power is described as a complete 15 foot radius around him that, if one were to have abilities and step within that invisible circle, all abilities would be rendered useless until you were out of the “no power” zone.

I’m going to take a safe guess and say Klaus and I were romantically involved in some way, possibly even FWB for awhile but god I loved him. I should’ve kissed him when we were kids, that night. I didn’t want to hurt him worse.
