Do you know how to chart your fertility to identify when you are fertile each month and most likely to conceive as well as when (or if) you ovulated? Many 'infertile' couples are timing intercourse around the wrong time in the woman's cycle and missing their fertile window month after month and this can be one of the main reasons why they are failing to become pregnant. Do not assume you ovulate on or around day 14 (it might be much sooner or later in your cycle). Don't assume you ovulate if you use devices such as OPK's, they only tell you that you MAY ovulate soon not if you actually ovulated. Do not assume you ovulate just because you have a regular menstrual cycle or a cycle.
