When you say "Limeade" for your smoothies, what do you mean? What brand do you use and how many calories? Sorry for the questions! Lol excited about my Nutribullet :)
I usually use Minute Maid limeade there's about 120 calories in it per serving but you can use whatever brand you would like! :) don't even worry I love questions! You can substitute everything in my recipes for something else you would prefer.

10 chunks of frozen pineapple 10 chunks of frozen mango 1 kale stock 10 snap peas 1 handful of cashews (about 22 cashews) 1 cup of coconut milk So this is the first time I have used frozen fruits and vegetables. If you do choose to use them please note that you WILL have to add more liquid in parts. I ended up with 2 1/2 cups of coconut milk because my smoothie was so thick. Add half a cup at a time, seal the lid and SHAKE before blending. If you do not shake it your nutribullet will seize up again. On the bright side I did not have to use any ice. On the downside this smoothie was very bland. I added a teaspoon of Tajรญn to the recipe to add some flavor. The one thing I did not add that I usually add was bananas. If you are looking for some natural flavor improvement I would highly recommend adding a banana to your recipe before anything else.

hey, I noticed you put soft drinks in a lot of your recipes but I'm a little hesitant to as I'm worried it'll make it less nutritious. is there a good substitute I could use? :)
Hello! Thank you for the question. I usually use orange juice or grapefruit juice just for the flavor. You could add lemon juice or just plain water really. Any liquid helps it blend easier and makes it thinner. Whatever you prefer to use, just consider how it will coincide with the other flavors in the smoothie. And don't over do it on the liquid because it will separate faster. Have a good day!
