It’s like we’re trapped in a repetitive cycle, Why does history keep repeating itself? Neither me not you have the answer, but we can only speculate. How many times have you procrastinated until the very last minute to study for a test? How many times have you been rude to your parents and regretted it afterwords? How many opportunities have you missed? She- history- might go round and round until you reach your purpose. The purpose of improving your actions and words, overall becoming a better person. A more common saying is “learn from your mistakes” which basically is the secret weapon that can defeat this on going cycle. However, this weapon still seems too complicated for men to use since we keep praying that everything will be alright while we’re making all the same mistakes. Take in consideration all the attacks that have been happening. I can’t come up with a good enough reason on what they’re trying to prove by hurting millions of people.

In the end, history has been trying to teach us a all a life lesson whilst we’re the stubborn teenagers who won’t listen to a word she says.

Pro and cons of keeping fit

I know the thought of laying in bed all day and eating junk food is very appealing and once in a while we allow ourselves to give into temptation, but do you really want to aggravate the hearth of your inner and outter self more than it’s necessary?

The main advantage is getting you body in shape. There is no other feeling like looking in the mirror and being pleased with what your reflection shows. Furthermore, most people say that after a good, challenging workout they feel energized and more productive, and tend to get things done a lot faster.

While the list of “Things why you should keep fit” can go on and on there are also some disadvantages. One point against exercising is that you can be injured while doing so. Another negative effect of this healthy life style is anorexia or bulimia which are caused by overexercising and eating poorly,common among teenagers.

All things considered, living a healthy life has it’s many benefits but only if you take care of yourself first,

What is happiness exactly?

I’ve thought about this question a lot recently and all the things I came up with barely scratch the surface of what being happy really means and turned out to be the definitions of pleasure.

The best way to start defining happiness is by defining what it is not.

Most of us are tempted to say that an amazing party, a good night out with friends, a concert, meeting someone new or even talking to your highschool sweetheart, when asked “what makes you happy?”. But do these things actually make you happy or is it just the thrill or the rush of adrenaline and when it’s over you get on with your life? Of course this makes you cheerful and happy but not quite.

So then what is this thing called happiness? It is a feeling of contentment that life is just as it should be. Firstly, in order to reach happiness you have to analyse the little things in your life: are they toxic or beneficial? Here are some examples that might help you be a more open person: relive favourite memories, smile back at every mirror you pass, learn to forgive, avoid over-thinking and socil comparison, enjoy now; And most important: everyone is going to hurt you at some point, you just have to find those worthsuffering for.

All in all, happiness is acceping who you are and where you are in life and if there is anything that can be done to improve your ell being, do it.

S-ar fi putut uita la ea o zi intreagă. Era ceva anume în felul în care buza de sus se arcuia ușor, întâlnind pielea fină de sub nări. Acea porțiune a feței se numea cumva și era sigur că dacă o privea îndeajuns de mult își va aminti cuvântul.
