Junior Starling's Complicated Identity Dilemma

Being the son of Negaduck himself, Junior finds himself at a crossroads.... he's not as confident, and he's nowhere near as psycho as Jim Starling himself... not only that, his love for comics and a juxtaposing appreciation with Darkwing Duck himself puts him at odds with his identidy. He still wants to be a great hero when he grows up, but he also doesn't want to disappoint his dad who obviously despises Darkwing Duck to a massive degree. Which side of the path will he choose to travel?

🦆🦢 A bit late but I finally took the time to add the dialogue to the comic I finished in early March 🤭 It has always annoyed Megan that Junior and Jenna looked too much like Jim so this meme was perfect for them 🥰💜 Jim always keep telling Megan that the kids inherited all his good genes while avoiding all her bad ones anyway lol 🤪

Jim through 2024! 💜💛 I created my own template from scratch this time ✨

This year has been filled with new experiences, and I feel like I’ve learned so much! I opened commissions for the first time and joined Art Fight without really knowing what I was doing. Both were valuable experiences that helped me grow, both as an artist and as a person. I feel more confident and happier than I was in 2023.

Although I created less art, I spent a lot of time studying and practicing to work toward my artistic goals. It’s been a process full of ups and downs, but I think my biggest breakthroughs happened during the harder moments. It’s tough, but if you can push through those frustrating times and not give up, the rewards will come eventually.

The hardest part is, and will always be, the expectation to myself. I’m still working on lowering my standards and allowing myself to create art without the pressure of perfectionism.

I especially want to thank my friends, both old and new, for supporting me throughout this year. Not only through likes and comments, but also through personal conversations. Words can’t describe how much I appreciate your friendship, and I hope we’ll have another wonderful and fun year together in 2025!

I’m looking forward to creating more art, gaining new experiences, and continuing to grow as an artist. Of course, Jim will still be by my side, demanding the spotlight as always! 💖🌟

My own non fandom OC, Crikey and @iamsweetcrow Duckula OC, William ✨ They have one thing in common that they are both alchoholized villains but I don’t think William is interested in Crikey’s evil plans about expanding the ocean. He seems amused by the silly sea dragon’s scheming though 🤭
