July 15, 2021: Making An Album with French Montana
1) What did you find most compelling about the creative process in making an album?
It was reassuring to hear French explain his perspective on the creative process in album making. He shared the importance of "learning more on the sound...creating virtual adventures and experiences...showcasing a personal piece/message". Ideally, the artist goes into the studio or creative space with the sound of the album and strategically plan from that point. From these standpoints, I gained and understood the holistic approach to connect songs together on the album and also determine the best time to release singles. When you're in the music lab, the ideas and the vision comes from the artist, who is the valuable asset in the room. Have listening review sessions: test music for peers, executives, creative sound teams to receive feedback and constructive criticism. Ultimately, the decisions lie in the artist hands on what they want, their team helps bring their vision to fruition. There is a strategy and a plan behind everything, but it should derive from the passion's core place.
2) This week you learned about multiple facets of the music industry. Which role is most interesting to you, and why?
As this week concludes, I still find myself aligning my roles of interests in management, and recently agency and brand partnerships. Discovering new talent who captivates my attention and has a drive and ambition, similar to mine if not better, has always been a vital element for me. Considering all factors, I still aim to connect and work with artists/creatives/curators who have a shared vision, morals, ethics, and a passion in the field. I want to be part of and create experiences that I can cherish for a lifetime. If I am going to work for someone, and with someone (or groups), I have to like their work and respect their background of expertise. The notorious relationships in the industry are from meaningful places of impact, trust, and dedication. The perfect role will blossom in divine timing.

July 14, 2021: Touring and Performing with Ashely Gonzalez, Justin Nabors, Whitney Boateng, and Jamil Davis
What's something new you learned today about the music industry, specifically around touring and performing?
As it pertains to touring and performing, I wasn't aware of a tour agent's role in the industry, or the significance of a promoter's role for tour and live performances. Agents, Managers, and Promoters work collaborate closely on several projects within the curators/creatives/artist careers. The entertainment industry have endless and diverse roles and opportunities for everyone. Today, everyone is seeking long term partnerships and emphasizing the importance of relationship building. Even on the business side, you have to implement intricate tactics and strategies to produce (impactful and significant) results in the industry. The entertainment industry is a mold of creatives connecting jigsaws one piece at a time.

July 13, 2021: Understanding the Music Ecosystem with Jeff Burroughs, Rebeca León, and Kevin Shivers
1) Did today's session expose you to new roles in the industry you did not know existed before? If so, what interested you most?
It was a pleasure hearing Rebeca León, Kevin Shivers, and Jeff Burroughs speak. Jeff Burroughs' role, SVP Brand Partnerships, Def Jam Recordings, was new exposure for me. I was intrigued learning the connection between brand partnerships and artist management. Brand partnerships captivated my attention due to the infinite possibilities of long lasting impactful experiences. Understanding and establishing a brand's blueprint is a substantial element to sustaining longevity. He is responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, marketing avenues, brand partnerships, and understanding data and business. Brand partnerships highlighted the importance of conquering levels in numbers. Determining the ethos of a brand and artist, core values, and the points of connection is how Jeff tackles new brand partnerships. I aim to establish my own brand partnerships in unique intricate ways.
2) What are you going to do to advance your knowledge of the music ecosystem to ensure you have a well-rounded understanding?
I will continue to stay up to date with latest news, emerging trends, hottest best kept secrets, and follow/connect with industry executives. In pursuits of my career endeavors, staying in the loop with diverse lead tastemakers, connectors, icons, multi-hyphenated leaders will help enlighten my insight. Watching, viewing, listening, and following the industry experts, externally, I am able to see different ways to utilize my platform, voice, and share my experiences. I will locate and attend distinctive business events that provides spaces for creative business professionals to learn and network with like-minded peers. The music system changes rapidly, so perfecting my crafts and skills every day is ideal. The industry is like musical chairs and we have to covet our seats to stay in the game, wise words from Jeff.

Week 1 - Music & Touring
July 12, 2021: Igniting Excellence with Sean Combs and Guy Oseary 1) What is something new you learned about the music industry from Sean Combs and/or Guy Oseary? I learned that success in the industry begins with self. Mogul, Sean Love "Diddy" Combs, expressed the importance of continuing to be a "student of the game". He shared the difference between winning and losing is: merit, work ethic, confidence, determination, passion, drive, fearless, relentless, and will (to name a few). To reach our fullest potential we have to propel forward, manifest, shift our mindset, have tunnel visions, and to not GA**** 🤷🏾‍♀️. Mr. Combs also emphasized his biggest lesson was the importance of developing like-minded relationships in the industry. What was key for me in his responses to the two undergraduates, was when he said this is an "illusion for conclusion"..."the first shall be last, last shall be first...". In my opinion, this signified the essence of humility and to not have any expectations on the journey. If we are determined, ambitious, and humble then what is meant for us will be come to fruition. Multi-Hyphenate, Guy Oseary, discussed his hunger and will power in the industry. He highlighted elements of focus, fear, and opportunity in the industry. He studied and perfected 10 skills each day, mastering his assets, impelling him to his greatest potential. He encouraged networking and making a presence in the industry. He mentioned emerging trends in the industry is cutting the middle man out, planning for the talent's work to go directly to its audience, investing and sustainability, and A.I. 2) How were you impacted by hearing about Sean and Guy's journeys? What are two tangible steps you plan to take to advance your career after today's session? Their stories encouraged me to stay focus, driven, and humble. As we continue to rise to new levels, we will be tested to break through the ceilings set against us; only the strong shall prevail. I think their journeys symbolize and separates the strong from the weak. They always stayed true to themselves; elevated versions from growth and experiences. I think it is easier to sway into someone else's world, follow other's direction, and listen to unwarranted opinions. But, driving into your own light and to the beat of your own drum is what makes you you, and how you bounce back from adversity. I plan to NOT fit in and accept and show out at all presented opportunities. In order to be the best, you have to beat the best. I plan to exceed my own expectations so I can confidently walk in any room and land what's in store for me.

Final Project: Business Plan
During the Executive Leadership course, I was enlightened about combining my strengths and advancing my knowledge. I created a professional biography, showcasing my superior writing skills, varied assets, and perseverance. I have thorough knowledge about personal branding. I was able to obtain advice from Maxwell, which is leading by example through influence and listening to my followers. In the Business Storytelling and Brand Development course, I designed and executed a personal branding website on Wix.com, and a business model on Bmfiddle.com. I have a good understanding of brand identity, brand storytelling, and brand differentiation.
At the end of Project and Team Management course, I have the ability to plan, organize, lead, and execute an assembled team by delegating specific tasks that resonates with their leadership styles and personality traits. I achieved the skill to create a conflict resolution policy, and develop a risk management and budget plan. During this course, I took the DiSC test and Myers – Briggs Type Indicator Test. My conclusive results determined I was highly introverted, sensing, feeling, judging, and compliance. In other words, I am conscientious, diligent, attentive, nurturer, and leads with quietness in a dignified manner. The skills obtained in this course, allowed me to flourish in the Entertainment Business Finance course. I have the ability to review, analyze, and create pro forma financial statements and annual reports. I have a practical understanding of capital budgeting methods and identifying relevant startup costs and assets to my business.
In the Digital Marketing course, I did not feel like I learned new information or grew as a professional. This course was disappointing and my instructor lacked assistance and adequate expertise. Lesson learned is to ask for help before it is too late. I do not feel confident in this area, and would prefer to partner with an experience marketing guru on my future projects. Negotiation and Deal-Making course was problematic, yet rewarding. I have the appropriate expertise pertaining to the elements required for a negotiation, prevention methods for negative emotions, effective communication skills, and alternative dispute resolutions. I learned to pose questions, in advance, when I am puzzled on an instruction and the expectation from the professor.
My favorite courses by far was PAM, AEL, and EMP. Product and Artist Management course enlightened me about show business, and the collaboration of project and artist management in the entertainment industry. Advanced Entertainment Law provided adequate skills to review and assess contracts, identify liabilities, and complete a business structure and registration form. I have a working knowledge of intellectual property as it pertains to copyright and trademarks. Entertainment Media and Publishing presented required competencies associated within my field in artist management. I wrote and published a query letter and artist press kit.
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I anticipated to gain pertinent information that will propel me forward into starting my professional career. I wanted to portray my personal and professional growth to my classmates. I also aimed to identify my niche to pursue. I strategically planned to produce outstanding assignments that I will be able to utilize in the workforce.  I successfully achieved my goals by the end of the program. In the first course, I discovered my high level of grittiness. I learned that I am self-driven, self-motivated, aims for success, and an overall dedicated and hardworking woman. The niche I wanted to discover was entertainment management. My life’s tasks calling is giving back to the younger generation, mentoring, empowering, uplifting, and educating. I developed a stronger exterior persona that exudes confidence, integrity, strength, and power. I established and utilized my dimensional mindset. Within Business Plan Development, I successfully composed and manifested a solid business plan. At the end of the Final Project: Business Plan, I obtained a master’s degree. This degree represents dedication, commitment, and personal success.
I currently possess skills vital in my career. I developed a strong portfolio that is sufficient for any employer in my field. I obtained knowledge about savings and investments plans. From month one to month twelve, I transformed and elevated into a powerful and sophisticated entertainment professional.
“By being efficient and detail oriented…you demonstrate that you are thinking of the group at large and advancing its cause. By making what you write or present clear and easy to follow, you show your care for the audience or public at large…” (Greene, 2012, pg. 151).

Business Plan Development
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I aimed to utilize my undergraduate educational experience to propel my personal career success in the Sports and Entertainment Industry. Throughout the duration of this program, I do not feel like I had to use my sport management expertise to achieve educational success. As a diligent and obedient student, I was able to apply basic knowledge in the execution of my assignments. Steven Burhoe provided ample resources, sample documents, and seminars to assist in the completion of our business plan. The information was pertinent and useful.
I planned to attend local events and initiate conversation with business owners, club promoters, and event hosts. Thankfully, my independent contract with E. O’Kelley’s Sports, Entertainment and Business Law Firm permits with opportunities to connect with industry professionals. I have met Rhodell Lewis and Cappriccieo Scates as a result of my partnership. In only one year, I have been able to attain more professional experience. One essential tip I learned from my engagements is to treat everyone how you would want to be treated. A lot of the executive leaders conduct themselves as ordinary people. This allowed me to become more comfortable when meeting new people. I continue to attend events when I am available. I plan to discover more club and venue connections.
Within this course, I was able to narrow down my thoughts on paper. When developing my business plan, I wanted to make sure I was able to convey a cohesive business concept. I anticipate bringing this business plan to fruition. I learned I still need to consider and devise a solid budget plan. I now know what investors and prospective business partners are looking for on business plans. The interviews with Jayson Whitmore were insightful. The keys to success that he shared was:
1. Pursue your dreams, and follow your heart, despite the anticipated competition and obstacles within your journey. But, do your due diligence in career research before jumping into it; like moving across the country and researching the cost of living differences.
2. Humility, integrity, confidence, and self-identity is key. Allow your work ethic to exemplify the passion behind your experience and education.
3. Image is important. Remaining professional at all times showcases how any employer will perceive your capable assets to their team.
4. Virtual teams is cost-effective and yields better brand awareness and obtainable resources for businesses.
Even though I did not learn new content per se, I was able to assemble submitted work from my previous courses. In my previous courses, I made sure to apply my best efforts and thoroughly follow the instructions. I knew my coursework would be used in my final business plan. Therefore, I always made sure my submitted work was acceptable. I feel like my discipline and work ethic improved. Overall, I wanted to identify my career passion; becoming an A&R. I am still working on pursuing my personal brand. I realized I need to invest more in my personal brand before I officially launch it. I want to ensure I am legally cleared, copyrighted, and trademarked all brand identities. In the Business Plan Development course, I gained more confidence in my career pursuits. Once I revise and update my business plan, I am positive I will be able present it to investors for their review and consideration.

Entertainment Media Publishing and Distribution
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I planned to discover different ways to distribute entertainment on mass media, to acquire knowledge about media publishing and distribution rights, and to identify digital technologies. Ironically, I have experienced different aspects of media publishing and distribution. Although, I am still learning about this field within the industry, I am relieved my educational and professional experience is fusing effectively. For one particular discussion post, we were instructed to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of aggregator sites like CD Baby, TuneCore, and The Orchard. It was rewarding to know I was on the correct path in my professional career, simply because I have used CD Baby to self-distribute my artist’s music.
First and foremost, I would like to thank professor and attorney Kimberly Craft for her expertise and experience. Her published textbook for this course contained keys to success in the entertainment industry. She provided endless of resources, ancillary documents, and pertinent information for the students and I to have a successful course experience. She was sympathetic to our concerns and was always willing to help resolve any issues we may have encountered. I value her wisdom she shared within the course.
Within the Entertainment Media Publishing and Distribution course, I learned relevant details which I will be able to utilize in my professional career. I was taught the importance of hiring songwriting and music agents. For independent artists, mainly publishing and distribution deals is what the demographic strives to secure. With the help from a music agent, the artist and the agent are able to collaborate, cooperate, promote, and drive the artist’s career and brand more effectively in the music industry. I was educated about query letters and how important they are in the music industry. I was taught how to write a successful query letter when shopping for publishing and distribution deals. I studied how to execute an efficient and appropriate press kit for an artist. Today, electronic press kits are more effective when promoting artists in a rising computer literate industry and society. I am very appreciative of the information I obtained throughout the duration of this course. I am confident I will be able to apply my submitted materials as work samples in my career.

Advanced Entertainment Law
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I intended to gain a better understanding of entertainment law, intellectual property, and artist legal representation. I learned the importance of copyrights and trademarks, before launching a business publicly. I was enlightened about the significance and consequences when executing legal documents for a business. I was educated about liabilities that are bound to take place when pursuing my career, and the measures to take to reduce such risks. This course exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely enjoyed learning about entertainment law. I will be able to utilize these legal concepts and knowledge in my personal and professional success. As an aspiring entertainment impresario, it is my responsibility to do my due diligence and obtain all pertinent information related to my business, protecting my clients, and my own personal growth. I gained a better insight to navigate through the entertainment, music, and sports industry to become a successful businesswoman.
I am very appreciative of professor and attorney Cassandra Willard. She provided me with professional advice which I am able to utilize in my professional career. She disclosed credible resources to use for my future research. Professor Cassie was able to break down the differences between a Limited Liability Company and a Corporation, in layman’s terms. She always provided ample feedback in a timely manner, and was willing to hold conference calls to elaborate on her instructions if needed. She was very attentive to my needs, and I would assume my peers as well.
I made these goals before I was performing the duties as a Chief Talent Officer for an Entertainment, Sports, and Business law firm. I desired this course to determine any benefits furthering my education in entertainment law or related fields; compared to obtaining a general understanding of entertainment and sports law while pursing artist management or production related career fields. As I am reaching the end of my program, and a year independently working as a Chief Talent Officer, I have developed a revelation within my intended career pursuits. As I am gaining general information through my educational program, my professional experience, and general database research, I am learning that I do not need to acquire a law degree to represent talent nor to understand entertainment law. I have accomplished my goal within this course. I applied a strategy through research and my educational experience. I was able to identify my purpose and my niche in the entertainment industry. The pros outweighed the cons, and I strongly feel like this master’s degree will catapult my career, through my application of my learnings, and my dedication and commitment to strive for greatness.

Product and Artist Management
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I anticipated to achieve certain goals during my learning in Product and Artist Management class. I intended to learn how to manage talent, how to be an effective and efficient manager, and how to be a respected manager. My initial tactic was to research talent that I wanted to manage and talent I would be able to enhance their career. Through strategic learning of recruitment skills and producing a superior relationship, I aimed to better assist my clients along their journey. I feel like this course exceeded my expectations. I valued my professor’s professional experience and educational background. I felt like I was cultivated about the intertwining responsibilities of an artist manager and a product manager. I learned what show business meant and how a manager is a rising entrepreneur in the entertainment industry. I learned how to assess the better choice of leadership styles when determining how to alleviate a situation. I learned how long the shelf-life of an artist career was and how I have to be mindful of who I choose to represent and devote my time to. I discovered the benefits of enrolling my potential clients under NACA and related agencies to help further my talent’s careers. I was enlightened about the investments endured as a manager and how I could prepare to handle my client’s business and my personal accounts. I learned how after a point in time my time may end with a client simply because I can no longer be an assistance to their career and planning an exit strategy is essential in the pre-meditated stages. Through research, I discovered one of the top entertainment agencies, Endeavor, which I enjoyed learning about their continued successes. I did learn how crucial product planning was and the steps needed to produce an effective and efficient product and service. Overall, I learned how social media and digital marketing is a strong tool to use when building a brand today. Ryan Leslie mentioned in an interview to develop meaningful audience relationships. These bonds corresponded through direct communication, help me as the producer and entrepreneur better understand my consumer and what they want. In my opinion, I will be able to apply all principles taught throughout this course in my future personal and professional endeavors.

Negotiation and Deal-Making
During the Mastery: Personal Development and Leadership course, I anticipated to achieve certain goals during my learning in Negotiating and Deal Making class. I aimed to gain a better understanding of negotiating and deal-making skills, determine how to take the right risks, and to learn different strategies to meet my negotiating goals. My tactic to achieve my desired outcome was to improve my persuasion skills by examining my targeted audience to deliver an impactful approach. Thus far, I strongly feel my goals were met. I learned how essential it is to understand the communication styles of the person or group I will be engaging a negotiation or deal-making with, before utilizing my techniques and principles. I was taught the importance of recognizing negative emotions in the negotiation process and how to eliminate them. I was educated on the values of alternative dispute resolution process, specifically mediation, in the entertainment industry. I now understand the fundamental elements associated within the negotiation and deal-making process. I have learned how necessary it is to identify my bargaining positions, underlying interests, best alternative to a negotiated agreement (BATNA), and preparing a neutral criteria and/or industry standards before commencing the negotiation. Preparation and research are significant steps, preceding the negotiation. The negotiators should aim to reach a mutual benefit and have a win-win approach. By having a retrospective on the course content, new developed goals include better preparation and research about my terms and comparing it to industry standards. From my personal standpoint, these lessons can be used in my personal and professional life. As a rising artist personal and business manager, negotiation skills are an essential asset to have. It is imperative to know what I aim to achieve in my negotiation and how all parties can produce an advantageous agreement. I want my future clients to know I have their best interest when negotiating terms on their behalf. In order to build a repertoire of resources and creditable reputation in the entertainment industry, I have to improve on my negotiation services through more gained experiences. In my opinion, a core element for my desired career field was gained from taking this course.

Digital Marketing
Before entering this course, I anticipated learning more effective marketing strategies to help my business flourish. Marketing has always been a difficult area for me to conquer. To understand marketing, you have to know your research. Analytics and statistics are important elements to learn and master when marketing. Although I have an idea of who my targeted audience will be, I still would need to research my customers and deliver services that suits their needs and wants. Also researching other companies has not been an easy task for me during the duration of this program. I haven’t found a great competitor that has the same business idea. My previous professors were able to provide detailed insight to guide me and my classmates to a clear understanding. I don’t feel like I met my goal for this course. I don’t feel like I gained more knowledge through this course; I don’t feel like I met my goal for this course. I felt like I became more confused. I have to learn more about marketing and how I can benefit from it. I think the accelerated course was too fast for me, in this particular month. I became accustomed to social media usage and dismissed the importance of utilizing the fundamentals in marketing. I could’ve expounded on the benefits of business profiles in social media for future marketing trends. I am able to apply the material as a stepping stone when I begin to open my business. However, I will need to start from scratch and use the assignments as a guideline. I would have to work with an account executive to ensure our marketing goals are met and we are remaining in budget. I came to the conclusion that I will just hire a marketing guru for my future business.

Business Entertainment Finance
Through my past experiences, I assumed this class would include heavy mathematics and formulas. I was satisfied when the Professor stated on day one the minimal math needed to pass this course. I was also grateful to learn faster ways to compute my calculations which saved more time and energy for me every week. This course has enhanced my learning in business finance for the entertainment industry. I was able to learn the financial consequences that I may face in the future. I was educated on developing opportunity costs when determining my decisions, especially when it comes to my future business. I obtained experience in developing a professional financial statement that I am able to amend and project what my future sales will be. Even though the numbers were estimates, I am fully aware of how much I would need before starting my business. I wanted to learn how I will be able to increase my profits while minimizing my financial risks. Developing a budget and financial forecasting would require more research, time, and assistance within establishing my financial portfolio. Financial literacy is a difficult concept to understand and master. I cultivated more skills necessary for my financial success, like computing my maximum capital requirement. I was also able to develop more strategic ways to sustain my future business. The Professor advised us to always take into account any miscellaneous expenses we would need to start or maintain our business. This incited me to think outside the box and include essential items that would be required, despite the costs. The course prompted me to work on developing a savings and investments plans. This course enabled my effectiveness as a young business professional. I believe this course was very essential in my learning. I will be able to utilize the methods acquired for my business plan later in the course program.

Business Storytelling & Brand Development
Before taking this course, I anticipated developing my personal brand. I kept telling myself I had to do it but I never had the courage to start. This month I was assigned to progressively develop my personal brand and business brand. I wanted to discover how to develop a brand about myself. I wasn’t sure what I wanted my viewers to know about me. I wasn’t sure what was professional and what wasn’t. I knew that by the end of this month, my anticipations will come true. This course met my goal because I was able to develop myself as a business professional and learn more about fine tuning my future business. I learned innovative ways to creatively brainstorm to make my dreams and vision become a reality. I learned how to divide and conquer and separate my vision to paint a clearer picture for my viewers. Learning how to use wix.com was very essential in my professional growth. I enjoyed developing my own page and playing with the different templates and fonts until I felt it was perfect enough to publish to the public. I enjoyed learning what type of brand I am likely to be perceived as by my viewers through different quizzes like the brand archetype quiz. All of the assignments and lessons were pertinent in my professional and personal development. I felt like this month was more successful for me because I was able to have professional dialogue with my professor, Ken DeGilio, about my assignments and my brand development. I felt like his expertise and advice enlightened me and encouraged me to do my best and to just take it one step at a time. Branding will help me in my personal and professional career by portraying a clear identity of who I am and what my business is. Branding is essential for every business, and I obtained ample knowledge to guide me along my journey.

Project Team Management
My first initial thought when I started this course was, “How are we going to have a team project with online students?” I enjoyed how the project advanced my knowledge and further understanding in my overall career goals. I want to become a business manager for performing artists. I wanted to develop a project plan that I would be able to use. I wanted to make sure I followed the directions carefully, and fixed any mistakes prior to submitting my Comprehensive Project Management Plan. With that being said, I also realized how challenging it was to locate information on artist management. I now know I may have some difficulty moving forward in this program. However, I also understand that a little research goes a long way. To become a successful business manager in the entertainment industry, I have to take initiative and educate myself because there are no tangible guidelines.
At the terminal of this program, I will have developed a strong portfolio to present to my potential clients. Over time I would be editing and modifying this content, and supporting projects, to perfection. I am going to take the knowledge obtained from this course, and apply it to my future projects and business encounters. The key areas I enjoyed, was taking the personality assessment and conflict resolution surveys. I believe it is important to know the type of person you are, in layman’s terms. By identifying my personality type, as well as my conflict resolution style, I was able to learn about areas that need improvement. Professional and individual growth is essential to career development.
As the program progresses, I am challenging myself to start all assignments early. Saving more than half of the work until the last minute weighs a big toll on my mental and physical health. You can apply what I’ve learned to your own career if you take the time to plan ahead.

Currently, I believe my leadership style resonates more with Maxwell’s perspective. I believe I show 40:0 Maxwell to Greene. I do not feel as though I have reached a balanced level of either leaders. To others, I may be balanced, but I know I have areas of improvement. Pertaining to Maxwell, I believe I have a small influence on others. During my undergraduate career I mentored several students. Till this day, I have a few students who stay in contact with me, seeking advice, or just updating me with their lives. Although I lack followers, I believe I can achieve the level of leadership success, once I improved on the effectiveness part of a leader.
Also, I embody priorities, character, problem solving, serving people, vision, and self-discipline. As a leader, I know how to delegate instructions in an effective and professional way. As a leader, I aim to expand my leadership not only at work, or school, but also in my everyday life. I portray a well-mannered, educated, dedicated woman. I am an analytical thinker, an organized, conscientious, and diligent person. When I plan a task, I organize my duties and prioritize the important items first. Then, I explain my vision to others and a majority of the time, my plan is executed efficiently.
I would like to evolve into a balanced leadership of Greene, and to improve on expanding my current attributes as Maxwell. I believe Greene’s Law #28, enter action with boldness, I need to improve on. As I enter a demanding industry, as a woman, I am overlooked and underestimated. I have to learn how to command the room and show a confident leader. Also, Green's law #11, learn to keep people dependent upon you, is an area I am also seeking improvement on. Along my mastery journey to my intended career in management and production, I strive to possess skills vital in my career. I would like to become a successful professional in the entertainment industry where everyone seeks my expertise.
