Now I'm going to think about Starchuu every time I look up to the night sky.

Happy birthday to him. There weren’t any candles for him to blow out, but he still had a wish to make. After thinking about it for some time, Dazai breathed in. “I wish to not wake up ever again.” Dazai made many wishes over the years. Childish ones. Impulsive ones. Hurt ones. He wished the most as a kid, and as time went on and he learned no such fantastical creatures existed that could grant him his wishes, he grew up and wished less. Wishing didn’t do anything, after all. But of all the wishes made, he wanted this one the most and wanted it to be his last. Dazai couldn’t imagine another year. He could barely imagine a tomorrow.

Also, that tattoo is so canon to me now. Chuuya has snake tattoos in his arm. He had them drawn in such a specific way that it would cover up the worst of his corruption scars. 🙂‍↕️

Ehehe, so glad you asked about this one! It's my current fixation after seeing a bunch of tiny kitsunebabyzai fanart and it was driving me bonkers. There was one art in particular that was about the Lupin trio, and all of them were little baby kitsunes, and my brain went FLUFF. FLOOF. MUST FLOOF AND FLUFF, and so little itty bitty kitsunezai was born.

The premise is he's tiny. He's curious. He sees a festival lantern, and he wants it, so he goes out to get it but gets lost in the process through all the festival mayhem, and that's when tiny Chuuya comes to his rescue.

Dazai was told to stay inside, but he was curious about the travelers that came and went. His amber orbs followed as people entered his family's small shrine and bowed respectfully, bringing their hands together to say their wishes. They'd stay a while hopeful for tomorrow. He'd followed them around the shrine, waddling as fast as he could to keep up until he reached the end of the temple and looked out into the busy streets. Vendors lined the perimeter with trinkets, goods, and food. He raised his little nose and inhaled the rich, smoky aroma of grilled meaty skewers. Mmm, he thought, saliva pooling in his mouth. He glanced up, down, and all around wondering where he could find one but a paper lantern with a little painted jumping koi fish caught his attention. It was just a little out of the way. Would it be such a bad thing if he sneaked out of the shrine to keep it? The words of his mother rang in his head. Don't run off too far away. Humans will be able to see you if you leave the shrine, his mother had told him with a pat to his head. Dazai gave a little huff, arms crossing over his chest. He knew that, even with only three fluffy tails behind him. He knew that, but still... the lantern's glow and the koi fish's soft peach tones made him curious. He wanted it. His ears flick mischievously. It would be quick. He'll be in and out in a flash.

This one is still in the works but I was looking at a prompt that had me lacing my fingers together and really staring it down.

“There’re billions of people on this planet, and I love you. How incredible is that?”

In my mind, it was SKK on stage while Dazai played the violin and Chuuya played the piano. The audience has their phones out, and from the stage, they look like glimmers in the night sky. And somehow, the thought of being in front of so many but loving the one person next to you who loves their craft and lives with passion really had my mind going. It's like marriage but on stage, aha! Performing as a duo and really, it's just a 'you and me, and me and you' kind of vibe.
