I was thinking about this all day and guys I might just be onto something in the Book and movie a wrinkle in time Camezots is a planet or home for a entity known as the IT camezots in short is basically a home for darkness why am I talking about this and what dose this have to with stranger things well around 2023 I can’t find a specific date sometime near august or September because the post has since been deleted the stranger things writers put out this tweet

Okay so now let’s ask ourselves what do we already know about s5!

We have “escape from camezots” and is set to be the 6th episode in s5 this tells us a lot about what could possibly happen camezots is not a monster or upside down creature as stated in possible previous theories it’s a place based on what we know from our previous reference Camezots is a physical world of evil or hosts evil more of

I think that and this is me just theorizing I believe that the characters are going to have to escape from some form of realm one similar to the one the Henry/ 001/ Vecna originally was in because that place is camezots aka the home to the evil aka the mind flayer

How is this different from the upside down:

Well let’s think for a sec as we know the upside down is a realm that is opposite to ours the void being the barrier into that realm thank you Mr. Clark

So how is it different from the rest of the upside-down well let’s take a sec to look at Henry’s decent into the upside down we see him go past this which we can all assume is the upside down

everyone is always talking about how they want the painting lie to be addressed but I'm actually looking forward to Mike confessing to Will that he did in fact tried to call him but due to Joyce's telemarketing job he couldn't reach him, bc we see in the show that Will says "you called maybe a couple times" during the rinkomania fight and Mike doesn't say anything about it, but when el is spying the party when she's away Dustin says "Joyce got this new telemarketing job, MIKE WONT STOP WHINING ABOUT IT" and we know he's not supposed to call El on the phone because they are only allowed to use Dustin's cerebro, so that could only mean he was trying to reach out to will. thank you for coming to my ted talk.

If someone ever tells you that you're dumb or delusional for analyzing random little things that Mike does in order to prove that he's queer, remind them that their precious Steve literally did that in the show. Guess they would call him delusional too? Except, oh wait... he was right.

Does anyone else find it interesting that in two seasons where Mike clearly struggles with internalised anger (homophobia lets be real), there are two otherwise unnecessary scenes where he watches someone try something new and different (Lucas with new coke in S3 and El with hawaiian pizza in S4) and Mike states his immediate distaste for them -- BEFORE he even tries any of them. He calls them "gross" and "blasphemous".

It happened twice. If this happened once then I would have chalked it up to a funny scene just for humour purposes, but he's the only one being put in these situations. Both times, these scenes don't add anything to the story. (Yes I know that the new coke scene is a product placement, but they made Mike the one to refuse it for a reason.) To me, they've been put there by the writers to show that Mike's the type, in these two seasons, to go along with public opinion even if he's never actually tried them.

In the 80s, obviously, the public opinion is that traditional relationships are good, and queer relationships aren't. He's already seen conforming to society's ideas of a man when he expresses that women act on emotion and not logic. He's being affected by public opinion.

The difference between the two scenes is that in S4, he's made to actually try it by Argyle and El, who use the line "Try before you deny" (obviously fucking queercoded). Then he actually decides he likes it, which is off camera, but you can see it in the subtitles that he says "actually it's pretty good".

These scenes, to me, or nothing but foreshadowing. A little nod to go back on and rewatch post-season 5.
