(grabs you by the shoulders) you have to make room for new experiences in your life. you have to go through the unpleasant work of leaving your comfort zone, even if just for a few minutes at a time. because if you don't, your brain will trick you into stagnation. you will start to believe that the world can barely fit you in it. but that's not true. it's the opposite way around. you can fit the whole word inside of you. your task is only this: to welcome it with open arms

Examining the kiss.

Blitz shows a tonal change here. Stolas wants a kiss and Blitz is initially surprised. But look at him, Stolas is carrying him and he's not making a fuss.

The instead of annoyance or disgust, Blitz reacts positively, as if relieved but also needs to test his hand.

He grabs Stolas as a way to test his limits. Stolas just showed a lot of power and intimidation and Blitz needs to know the other's attitude towards him after such a display.

So he pulls his hair/feathers and teases him. He exerts his dominance by telling him "You're keeping quiet or I'm using those bear traps."

His reaction to Blitz's control despite his powerful display and carrying the smaller demon is positive.

Notice also that Blitz is getting worked up by a combination of adrenaline and Stolas being submissive.

Stolas say please do and here, Blitz could force him into a kiss by his hair, but takes a softer approach, stroking his face, his thumb under his mouth in a display of both desire and tenderness. Stolas is precious to him.

Now sure that Stolas isnt mad or trying to exert power over him, Blitz guides Stolas into a kiss.

This last part, the hands, they cradle each other as they kiss. And while it turns spicy, Blitz's hand show his, well, hand. He's going to cherish Stolas, perhaps open up more. He's more excited for sex this time around, not just passive. He's ready to allow himself to enjoy being with Stolas.
