I think one of my favorite things about the Witness or Winnower discussion for who communed with who in the Darkness, is it made me question who the HELL Oryx was talking to. Since the Witnesss would never say ���My man Oryx” it’s the Winnower.

And that means between the three Osmium siblings, Oryx got his philosophy straight from the source.

Fighting ORT had me pingpong between thinking “Well that did jack shit against ORT!” And “This Spider is fucking bullshit!”

They really did go all in on the insanity of this Lostbelt.

Imagine telling someone who only knows about part 1 that we’d be fighting ORT with help from plant-based dinosaurs, using guns they got from a former Beast candidate.

Some of the vibe of Lostbelt 7 makes me think the writers are poking fun at Ancient Aliens and other historical conspiracies.

looking forward to the Hex expecting the Drifter to add some normalcy to the group, or think they're gonna freak them out, only for the Drifter to bring in more chaos than all of them combined

listen they come from a nonsense fantasy world where there's skeleton animals, flying horses, everyone's made of some kind of ceramic, there's no real day and night, the king's court are turning into dragons all the time, and crazy weather like fire raining from the sky every other cycle. plus running around this nonsense fantasy world with just a pistol, a couple of sticks and no warframe. and winning. but they play checkers against a rabbit and lose

and outside Duviri, full-warframes are walkin around chilling like regular dudes, and also those warframes are piloted by a bunch of gremlin children who happen to be their alternate timeline selves. people live on venus and they have robot heads, there's a giant tower made of flesh that people chop up and eat and by the way it talks to them. Also there's talking animals in Albrecht's basement

i think the 'regular' stuff in 1999 would confuse them more than anything else

For all the discussion about how the Hex might respond to all that batshit insanity the Drifter went through in Duviri and the Origin System, what I’m wondering is how they would deal with the frames that have some weird anatomy going on.

You have ones like Kullervo, who is walking around with a dozen knives sticking out of his back. Dagath missing her face. Xaku being a three-in-one. Grendel having a giant mouth on his stomach. And Caliban or Citrine.

A lot of people are talking about the romancing our drifter will be doing when they get back to 1999, I wanna know how they're gonna react to the food. Think about it! The only foods we've really seen a lot of in warframe are those weird cube things, fruits from cetus and maybe some kind of helminth byproduct (shudder) how's our drifter who's grown up with this stuff gonna react to pizza for the first time? I can just see my drifter going full goblin mood and carting pack stacks of pizza back to the future and lamenting that the orokin yet again probably took away something beautiful from the people of the origin system. As she cries into another slice of pepperoni.

With the benefit of hindsight, I'm wondering if Odysseus pondered if he should have kept the siren tails as an emergency food source for the crew, or if that would have also been worth a punishment from the gods.

Looking at the Pretender Class card, I thought it had a fucking beak, and was referencing Raum of all people. I’m kind of disappointed that it’s actually more like some ghoulish looking thing instead of that crow.

Since this is a berserker Guda, I can’t help but feel like the lead up could be a surprisingly civil conversation that ends up having a similar energy to this.

Berserker Guda with the lowest possible level of madness enhancement who really only quality as a berserker because they can't be anything else, whose noble phantasms are every single valentine & bond gift they ever got from servants. Sadly this is no gate of babylon shit they can't summon it at will, to have access to these items they need to open up their own chest like a closet and rummage through their insides to pull out whatever they need. To be clear they don't have any organs in there or anything but it's still very much the inside of their body and not a pocket dimension, you can see the flesh and bones all around and the items are often stained in blood. When asked about their lack of organs, they just shrug. "If you want to keep every single person you love inside of you, you need to accept to throw away some parts of yourself."
