Do yoga for reasons that speak to you. Don't worry about your form matching the posture in the textbook or in someone else's Inta-feed. Ask yourself how you feel when you hold a pose a certain way. Does it feel good? Does it make you feel like you're gaining strength? Does it feel like its building upon your intention? If so, you're doing it right. Forcing a pose that causes weird twinges and sharp pains is dangerous and not conducive to building a strong foundation. Take variations, modifications, and resting postures without self judgement. You doing it right 馃槝 That's a practice you can take on and off the mat 馃檹

Bowl skills! If you hate bananas (rude), this is my favorite no-nana smoothie bowl. 1 cup raspberries 1 cup blueberries 1/4 avocado 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or water) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Garden of Life) Topped with coconut flakes, flaxseeds and about 3 walnut halves, chopped.
