Started playing Final Fantasy IX for the first time and omg. Prepare for me to be annoying with Black Mage art. I absolutely love their designs. Especially the Yoshitaka Amano art of vivi.

This one is just a practice in flashy colors. Maybe I’ll draw a Black Waltz next.

Saw a medieval portrait in passing and couldn’t get the idea out of my head of D’arce in another time, a kinder life. Plus an excuse to keep playing with fun border design lol.

I have it in my head Enki is tapping her shoulder. Perhaps a faint memory of a long forgotten life stirring him to action 🤔

Trump’s budget bill has many, many things in it, but buried amongst it is the MILLIONS OF ACRES OF PUBLIC LAND FOR SALE.

This is the entirety of the Arizona state forests, the entire Cascades mountain range. Swathes of pristine desert around the national parks in Utah. On the doorstep of Jackson Hole.

THIS BILL IS BIG, BUT IT CAN BE AMENDED AND ABSOLUTELY MUST NOT PASS AS IS please.

If you have ever enjoyed the wilderness, we stand to lose it all forever.

I don’t have a huge following but please, everywhere I have ever loved, the forests I grew up playing in, the land I got married on, is all at risk and I am begging.

Haven’t had much inspiration to draw recently. Too many nightmares tho gave me a fun idea. Have a dream eater vampire lady inspired in part by Ito Junji’s “Fashion model”. One of my fave character designs by him.

I had fun looking up different bats as well. We need more vampire designs with bat elements. Bats are so diverse with their ears and noses that the possibilities are endless haha.

The halls of the orphanage are cold, filled with a dull stink that is one part faded memories and two parts rot. The floors whined with each step, groaning as the wood bowed beneath the weight of the living. Your group wasn’t alone, figures you recognized as the twisted forms of children you never knew stalked the halls. You wanted to leave, your stomach churned and head swam. This place was filled with bad memories, ones you had tried so hard to shut out.
