samdean pairings i’d like to see kiss

endverse dean & s1 sam; let’s be real rn this is the version of sam that all versions of dean secretly fantasise about and cherish. he (this sam) is completely ‘pure’ in dean’s eyes. their meeting would be super nostalgic. sam is still a kid- he’s only having visions- isn’t sipping on DB (demon blood). But this version of sam still has fight in him and i feel like endverse dean would love the challenge of destroying it or owning it in some way. if you get what i mean. as in he’d be tying him to their marital bed. endverse dean is essentially living every dean’s worst nightmare in his reality where not only does he lose sam forever but loses sam to something evil/not human. there is something evil, perhaps the worst evil of all, inside sam and dean is completely helpless in getting it out. the dynamic between them would be so interesting. and s1 sam would absolutely thrive and relish in the attention he got from this version of dean who believes he is 10000% innocent and needs to be protected. it’s canon that sam and dean did not speak whilst sam was at stanford. he would be so relieved to have endverse dean’s attention like that they’d both be receiving their biggest unmet need from each other 🤓

s8 sam & s2 dean: this is a self-indulgent personal one for me because s8 sam is one of my favourite versions of sam and s2 dean is my favourite dean. period. (i am a chronic 2x22 and 8x23 rewatcher) these two are both deliciously empty inside and in a compromising dynamic with THEIR sam/dean. s2 dean, especially early s2, is completely broken on the inside without their dad. there’s an authority shaped hole in his heart that needs to be filled. whether u like bottomsam or bottomdean - this pairing can do anything. sam gives hot responsible milf-y professor librarian. it’s a match made in heaven whoever tops whoever bottoms. personally i’m a bottomsam girl and let’s be real late seasons sam doesn’t know anything other than submission im sorry 😞 and for s8 sam, this is a version of dean who isn’t disappointed in him yet and who still believes he isn’t a monster/freak! s2 dean takes their relationship to the height of its codependency where it stays. and s8 sam is ready to sacrifice himself for his dean to prove his eternal devotion/loyalty. their arcs for their respective szns are super similar - self-sacrifice x feeling empty x feeling lonely so there’s smthn special in it for both of them. <3
