I believe Japan is particularly futuristic about utilizing Hydrogen as a post-hydrocarbon energy source. Without natural resources like crude oil, or natural gas, both government and local industrial organizations of Japan are equally focusing on the Hydrogen based electric era and electric automobile technology with a self-generating mechanism using liquid Hydrogen and Oxygen in the atmosphere.

Other than Hydrogen, some Japanese scientists have completed an introductory study on “retinal projection” technology. This technology will simply wipe out eyeglass shops from the optometrist business. No more specs are required for hypermetropia or nearsighted people because a retinal projector can display images direct to your retina of eyeballs. How? It is currently under wrap. I believe this technology will be employed in a movie theater first.
