You mentioned earlier that cohost likes to wear masks to help ignore The Flesh Prison, what kinda masks would they recommend for that? I also like to ignore my physical form but I don’t have much for my face

they usually just wear a plain black fabric face mask (the ones with the loops that you put over your ears) , sometimes ones with fun designs if they Feel Like It

(sorry if this has been asked idk how to about about searching for it) if you don't have a headspace/visualization of each other, how do you know what you look like as alters? is it just a strong feeling of "i should have this color hair" "i should be taller" or something?

Pretty much yea :-) this is why the cohost likes to wear clothes covering all of their body + a mask so they don't have to think about having traits that Don't Align with their self perception

Is it common to have different alters that regularly front in different situations (for instance, at work, at school, around certain people)? Or at least, is this the case for you?

Not the case for us personally, but that sounds like a reasonable experience and i'm sure there's other systems out there who have it :-) Functions of alters/switching are different for every system, depends on lots of different personal factors, and um . uhhh. Uhhh it's 6:30 AM and I haven't slept yet so I'm too tired to form a more cohereny and substantial answer,
