Posting my old character design fanart for Narnia. The movies and the books will always have a special place in my heart. It’s tragic that people think they need replacing. They don’t. Read the books, treasure them, and find the hidden messages. We’re in such a race to replace old things like movies and previous film adaptations that we aren’t appreciating the originals or what they stood for. In a world full of remakes and half-hearted spinoffs we’re neglecting the authors of these great works and we’re forgetting their intentions with their art. It’s so disrespectful. C.S. Lewis wrote his work and left it for us the way he intended to, and it’s sad to see other people try and rework his art to the way they want it. I also highly suggest you read his other books. They are fantastic.
