This Community Space in Evergreen Harbor is my take on idealized community-based support lots brought into The Sims 4. There’s a housing & food insecurity focused Community Garden, a job & childcare support centered Marketplace, as well as an activism & mental health focused Maker Space on the ballot. Which mutual aid option will your sims vote to bring into their neighborhood?

The Brindleton Bay Pet Fest is the wholesome event this community has been needing. Visit the quaint shops including a cat cafe, pet boutique, veterinarian, & bar. Then continue on to the other activities. Test your teamwork on the dog agility course, grab a souvenir at the pet-themed vendors, play around in the dog park, stroll through the gardens, & more.

After the Vacuous Green lot houses were condemned & bulldozed, the Del Sol Valley fair housing nonprofit acquired the empty lot & repurposed it into a tiny home community for housing insecure sims. This place has pretty much everything your sims may need while they’re trying to secure more permanent housing. Everyone gets a shipping container tiny home to stay in, there’s a rec building, skill building center, garden, therapy, it’s got it all.

WITCHY SWAMP

Things are getting spooky on Shadowmoss with this witchy swamp for our magical girlies. Baabara has her fortune telling area set up amongst abandoned ruins & seaside ritual sites. Our potion maker, Puddles, has an apothecary shack hidden deep in a dark bog.

Every inch of this area is decorated to the brim with glowing moss, overgrown vines, creepy crawlies, & magical vibes. If you’re looking to add a little mystique, a little spookiness into your game too, this is the build for you.
