First off, my costume prep back home. Yarnkin was also ready to go! (He and Yarnku were in my trouser pocket the entire day)

Star Wars shenanigans and VADARKIN IS REAL YIPPEEEE! I was keeping a lookout on any of the other Tarkin boyfriends (Stormtrooper (TK), Vader, Dooku) but couldn’t find them sadly. (Though to be fair it was reaaaally hot so can’t blame folks for not wanting to dress up in full armour haha)

Also R2D2 sighted, the guy controlling it made it all by himself, I was so impressed!

And finally, my goodies for the day. As an avid Tubbz fan I’m so happy to finally have Saruman (Duckuman? Saruduck?) and I’m really excited to bake Death Star cookies too!

I also bought one final thing I specially saved up for but I can’t show pics until I’m at the hotel yet because it’s still in a box. Stay tuned! 🤭

Books on Libby have started disappearing.

My friend pointed it out first, and then I started noticing too. Why would books that multiple libraries definitely, 100% had digital access to a couple of months/weeks/days ago disappear?

Amazon is getting exclusive rights to them.

Ebooks that the public library once had digital copies of are now only available through Amazon. Audible boasts on their covers about Audible-exclusive audiobooks that did not used to be Audible-exclusive. Entire series and collections are disappearing overnight.

Keep your eyes on the privatization of media and your libraries.
