OHGEEGOSH! The latest chapter of my public domain hyperfixation is an almost 100 year old comic strip character Named Ella Cinders. Her story began as a Cinderella parody and spiraled out into a story about a working class young adult job hopping and trying to support herself and her younger brother. Eventually she becomes a Betty and Veronica type character but I like her early days. She's got a cool name a great haircut and constantly juggles keeping a positive outlook and being a cynical smart ass #relatable couldn't help but update her wardrobe to a late 90s early 00s just cause. If you seek this comic out be warned that like most media from the 1920s it has some outdated views on gender and some horrendous depictions of non white people.

So a certain GAME company, whose WORKSHOP Infringed the copyrights of every piece of popular sci fi media ever to "create" their own popular grim dark sci fi universe, has come down hard on my best selling fan art designs. So I've been focusing on Public Domain Characters for a bit. I'm calling it my PD party period. Anyway did you know the Original Charlton Comics version of Peacemaker is in the Public Domain? he's a diplomat/James Bond type adventurer instead of a guy in a trailer and he doesn't have a pet eagle but his costume is nearly identical. The name is still trademarked though so I call my version The Peace Monger. A guy who "loves peace so much he's willing to fight for it" seems like character that should belong to everyone, especially right now. These are available on Etsy, Redbubble, and teezer.

Two Orc boys living their best life in a post-apocalyptic waste land called the Hanford Exclusion Zone. Tork is the impulsive one, always coming up with get rich quick schemes which, through his own ineptitude and short temper, inevitably fall apart.

Bork is the Smarter one, but not by much. His improvisational skills often save the day when one of Tork's schemes goes belly up. though he always swears this will be the last time he helps Tork, he's not fooling anyone.

Their Rigg is the Willy T. Sherman, a modified 'Cuda that goes real fast but can't turn for S#!t.

There's also Fleabane the Goblin who usually lives in their trunk, Tork and Bork forget he's in there most of the time, but he likes it in the trunk. Trust us.

Will they escape the Hanford Exclusion Zone to live the good life in the Great Green City to the west? Here's a better question, Why would they want to?

You think naming the Car in my Dukes of Hazard parody after General Sherman will offend anyone? I kinda hope so.

Growing up in Eastern Washington, the Hanford Nuclear site is like having a Fallout world map in our backyard. The worst it does is fuck up our thyroids, but in the future, who knows?
