happy anni to vengeance let's pretend im not almost a month late💕

i ended up doing a completely different piece from what i originally planned cus i started to not vibe with the first idea, but i really like how this one turned out🥰 i saw someone draw nahobino inspired by mana-sama and i've been wanting to try my own for a while, so i think it worked out anyway

#smtv #shin megami tensei v #smtvv #smt v vengeance #shin megami tensei #megaten #nahobino #smt5 #atlus #fanart #im still getting used to the new line brush ive been using since i dont really draw consistently #but i think im getting used to it.............#ive had more time this summer so maybe i should try more sketches and doodles🤔#at first i was only doing the new vengeance design #but then i remembered i wanted to do a gardenia style nahobino #and i didnt wanna wait until i finished this one or just pivot to that since i still wanted to use the vengeance design #but i also didnt wanna do the pigtails from gardenia since the vengeance one already had them #so i just used mana sama's hairstyle from le ciel with his gardenia coord #i also realized halfway thru that i was using pics from live shows for the gardenia outfit and its slightly diff from the music video #but its a little easier to tell what hes wearing in the first place in the pics from live shows #so i just left it #i played around with a lot of brushes and stamps that i had from various brush packs i had downloaded #the roses and ruffles and lace were all stamps/brushes which i know is pretty lazy but i wanted to try them out #instead of letting them collect dust in my storage #been really into vkei lately............. maybe ill do more vkei inspired smt🤔

#megaten #shin megami tensei #nahobino #shin megami tensei v #smt5 #smtv #atlus #this was weirdly hard to shade 🤨#the same technique i used on aleph wasnt working the same way but maybe its cus i didnt have much of an undertone color on this one #cus aleph kinda had a gold undertone #but i didnt really use one on this #i would've done blue but i felt like that was gonna be blue overload #and the pic i was referencing doesnt use any colored lighting #so i wanted to keep it similar #also his face took so much adjusting cus the blush color was NOT showing up on my phone screen he looked like a corpse😭#i like how this turned out enough to post it but maybe ill come back and tweak it in the future🤨#fanart

reposting this drawing cus i wasnt a huge fan of how the halo turned out, but i figured out how to use the gradient tool in krita and found a really nice gold preset by someone

it's not a huge difference but i like this one more
