I’ve always assumed lower necklines were just what was fashionable in Amestris, so she had to wear a shirt to cover her tattoo. Admittedly that’s not as fun as assuming she has bad taste.

Unfortunately however, the manga came out in the y2k, the belt is fashionable. The fashion is just bad.

She wears a uniform every day, so of course on her day off she has to wear all of her other clothes. At the same time.

TYSM! I’m glad you like my stuff!!! Mostly I just think of something pathetic and it’s in character for at least one of them!

Riza is especially fun, because most of the time emotionally stunted, socially awkward characters are men, but Riza gets to be awkward like that too!Unemotional women are usually portrayed as superior to emotional women, but for Riza it’s her character flaw which is so fun! I love her :)
