أعوذ بالله من أن أكون كَنُوداً، أعُد البلايا و أنسى النعَم

The weather outside is lovely today but such a strange storm is inside me. Astonishing how much a human heart can hold, how much weight a soul can carry. How we can be so fragile and also strong at the same time. Such a mysterious, wondrous creature He Has Made us... I don’t even know where to begin, what words could possibly hold all that I feel.
الله المستعان

Don’t confuse Islaamic practices with cultural ones. While culture isn’t entirely rejected, any custom that contradicts Islaamic values must be discarded, thrown into the trash. Sadly, some people wrongly give culture priority over Islaam or mix the two together. Stay alert as this is how many false practices become normalized and unnecessary hardships arise, none of which belong to Islaam. As Muslims, we must learn our Deen, recognize and disassociate from such customs never attributing them to Islaam, and advise our family, relatives, friends, and others to the best of our ability about them.

الحمدلله
Good morning, in case you needed to hear this: at least one of the prayers you used to pray is now your reality. Say Alhamdulillah.

These days sudden waves of nostalgia overcome me and life itself has become like an ocean. And me? I do not know how to swim, nor how deep is this ocean or whatever resides beneath in its depths. I don’t know where the shore is, or when I’ll find it. But I know as long as my رب is with me Helping me and Having Mercy upon me, I'll survive. One day these struggles, emotions, the restless pull of these tides will make sense, ان شاء الله. He Is Al-Ḥakīm.

The travellers of this dunya have no true destination within it. Our journey and our longing continue until we reach our eternal sweet home, إن شاء الله. May we be reunited with our loved ones in the gardens of Jannah, the abode of everlasting delights and companionship, and above all, may we all taste the supreme joy of seeing الله being eternally close to Him.
I had no idea there were so many forests around here.

There’s a certain indescribable nostalgia when listening to certain recitations of the Qur’ān, it’s as if the soul has recognized something.
