Fanfiction Study - Promo

There is a reason that most fanfiction authors, specifically girls, start with a Mary Sue. It’s because girls are taught that they are never enough. You can’t be too loud, too quiet, too smart, too stupid. You can’t ask too many questions or know too many answers. No one is flocking to you for advice. Then something wonderful happens. The girl who was told she’s stupid finds out that she can be a better wizard than Albus Dumbledore. And that is something very important. Terrible at sports? You’re a warrior who does backflips and Legolas thinks you’re THE BEST. No friends? You get a standing ovation from Han Solo and the entire Rebel Alliance when you crash-land safely on Hoth after blowing up the Super Double Death Star. It’s all about you. Everyone in your favorite universe is TOTALLY ALL ABOUT YOU. I started writing fanfiction the way most girls did, by re-inventing themselves. Mary Sues exist because children who are told they’re nothing want to be everything.

Looking for Writers/readers of fanfiction

Hi to everyone!!!!

I´m a university student. I´m in my last year of a degree in Audiovisual communication. In order to complete the studies and obtain the degree, students are obliged to present a Final Project; this is undertaken in the 4th course. So, I´m doing that.

My final Project is about Fanfics. I´m studying several types of these stories. But is not enough, I need to know your opinion, I need to speak with the people who write and read this kind of stories. I´m a writer and reader of fanfics too, but my opinion is not enough for this type of work. So, I need people for a small survey and several questions. You do not need to leave the anonymity, and it doesn´t matter your age, country, etc… The more shoulders supporting the project, the better it can be realised.

Doesn´t matter what kind of fanfic you write/ read, but my case study is Assassin´s Creed. So, if you are a writer or reader of AC´s fanfiction, you are perfect. However, actually doesn´t matter your fandom. The really important is that you write/read fanfictions.

In conclusion, I´m looking for writers and readers of fanfics. I want to apologize my English, because I do not speak it very well. Como ya conté en anteriores post estoy cursando mi trabajo final de carrera y necesito escritores y lectores de fanfiction para una pequeña encuesta total y completamente anónima. Hola a todo el mundo!!!!!

Me presento humildemente ante Tumblr y vosotros. Mi nombre de usuario es perroverde94. Soy estudiante universitaria. Y ahora mismo me encuentro en mi último año de carrera. De esta manera, me encuentro sumergida en mi TFG o trabajo final de grado.

Este trabajo es sobre fanfictions, así que estoy estudiando varios tipos de historias. Por ejemplo, una de las partes de mi estudio trata sobre los personajes OFC o OC y como estos se relacionan en un universo que no fue creado originalmente para ellos y si es posible categorizarlos, entre otras muchas cosas. En definitiva, un lío. Pero un lío divertido y que disfruto gratamente. Comencé a escribir fanfics hace un par de años en varias páginas aunque si soy sincera nunca he escrito en Tumblr. No obstante, siempre hay una primera vez. En fin, estoy buscando escritores y lectores de fanfics. Aunque tengo mi opini��n, no es suficiente para demostrar o no hipótesis. Así que cuantos más personas pueda conseguir mejor que mejor, y os estaré eternamente agradecida. Además, habréis puesto vuestro granito de arena para la investigación de algo que no está demasiado bien visto y parece tener unas consecuencias devastadoras tanto legal como socialmente.

No importa a qué fandom pertenezcas o sobre qué tipo de historias escribas, aunque sí que es cierto que mi caso de estudio son los fanfictions de Assassin´s creed, entonces eres el candidato perfecto. Si no, no importa, realmente busco opiniones y datos. Os haría varias preguntas así como una pequeña encuesta. No es necesario salir del anonimato. No es que yo vaya a salir tampoco  ;D. De esta manera no importa tu nacionalidad, sexo, idioma, edad… sólo importa que escribas y leas fanfics y que los disfrutes al máximo.

En resumen, busco escritores y lectores de fanfics para una pequeña encuesta y una serie de preguntas.
