Garroth has a line that Zane wasn't always the spawn of Satan but their father started talking to him privately very early on (again he is literally a monster of their father's creation)

He did love his brothers, his relationship with Zane is really complicated but by like the end of season 1/when he gets back in season 2 most of that love has like, been discared because of everything Zane did, like by season 3 I think Garroth wanted to flat out kill him. Again Vylad was never really evil, he did bad stuff but that was a result of being a shadow knight and even then it's scarred him, Vylad and Garroth do have a really positive relationship and they care for eachother deeply. Garroth also has a good relationship with his mom but his mom is another story (I DON'T LIKE HER VERY MUCH)

Btw Dante, Garroth and Laurence were the main characters of mcd.

Dante, punished by his brother for doing the right thing and trying to protect his village and family. His entire family, village, life, stolen away from him by his brother. Suspected to be a traitor in his new home, and forced to go against his brother with once more.

Garroth, born to power, forced to leave his beloved family and home to remain free, or he'd be forced into marriage with a woman as uninterested as him. Forced to hide from his faith, witnessing his apprentice's betrayal, and the torture of his friends and new home. Forced to go against his own brother.

Laurence, adopted into a powerful family, watching his new family become cursed. Adores his sister and family, blinded, tortured, and turned into more-or-less a demon. Unable to control himself thanks to the actions taken against him, and what he has become

Correction on Garroth; his family was not 'beloved' his dad was a coward and abusive, while Zane wasn't always evil, Zane canonically committed genocide to several villages, (both before and after he became a shadow knight) used religion and his status as a prince to abusive lengths including killing many innocent people/target and hurt Garroth and was implied to have possibly kill Vylad. Zane is a monster of his father's creation but there's no excuse for the stuff he did. the only innocent ones were Vylad and his mom but even then their mom never stood up for them and let them be abused, Garroth left to escape a forced marriage yes but he left to escape his arguably worse family

Okay, so I didn’t realize how little of the fandom knew this but Zane and Aphmau are canonically chubby. They canonically have the same body type, and it’s mentioned multiple times that it’s a not thin one! I feel a big problem with not may people knowing this is because Jess has her merch with both of them being skinny, and in Zane’s case Buff. And because she’s shit at actually portraying characters body types, which can be understood via the whole block thing but in her merch that is entirely one her.

just somethin’ i’ve been thinkin’ about (edit: i did not include tommy because his relationships with the discs are arguably different than that of grian and ranboo. both grian and ranboo have a specific reaction to when a certain disc is played. tommy wasn’t traumatized directly BY the discs, the discs were apart of the events that traumatized him)
